I don't know if this is helpful, but to mitigate your camera overheat problems, you could probably get a cheap "stick" style power bank and a usb powered mini fan that you could zip tie onto the tripod? If the body has any heat dissipating fins that should help a good deal.

@BodanzaDiscGolf it's a prototype put out by Millennium in the experimental line, its supposed to be similar to a wraith. Any disc in the experimental line that gets above average engagement will become a permanent addition to the lineup. If you can't work it into a video I get it, thought maybe it could make it into one of your comparison style videos
Try giving it a rub with a magic eraser and water, MVP uses a silicone release agent to get discs out of the mold and there are cases where grip is better once you remove it. You also have to remove it before dying any mvp disc.
Was it a buddy's you tried or at the store? Ive found a lot of new discs feel like they have something on them initially and need a good wipe down and sometimes a wash.

Gotta keep in mind that MVP doesn't want Streamline moulds to be "better" than their main brands, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's even slower and more limited availability than everything else normally is.

that's the point of a standstill for approach shots imo. leaks power from your lower body so you can just have an armswing doing most of the work and not juice it. Full power i still have no idea which is why I rarely if ever throw them haha
You know, I do get tired of watching people just completely throw these discs wrong and and talk about overstability. The point of these disc is to go as straight as possible no matter the angle you throw it on. It's not supposed to move alot, whole point of the disc. If you want the disc to go left, you use the proper disc. But you didn't really try to throw a straight shot, like designed, it was all hyzer or anny. Throw the disc straight like a "CATCH" disc is supposed to be thrown. You are just using these discs wrong
Getting a disc to go way left or right is what makes playing catch with a disc more fun than with a ball. Why does a disc only have to go straight when throwing to someone? That’s like saying someone is making a pizza wrong because they make something other than a cheese pizza.

The parachute felt a lot better in my hands but the plastic felt so slick. Was hard to get a good grip on it.
