    Hey Bee! I finally got to sit down this morning and watch your video. Your videos are like a treat for me so I don't want any distractions, watching this out on my outdoor porch. Thank you for being vulnerable and showing the ups and downs of your life. I'm very similar and need things to break me out of my funk. My self care is also being more compassionate towards myself, and realise that the moods I'm going through are because I'm stressed and not because I'm 'too sensitive or emotional'. Looking forward to watching the beeswax wrap video!

      +Jasmine Corvic Jasmine!! You always make my day!! I feel ya. Being kind to ourselves is such an important step but it is easy to fall into the “trap” of beating ourselves up for not being productive enough or being too sensitive. I think you’re totally right. Your body is just communicating to you - tell you it’s time to rest. It sounds so nice spending some time relaxing on your porch! I lay in the sun today and it was so nice!!! 💛💛💛

    I really enjoyed this video, I’m very much like you and feel super terrible when I don’t do anything, plus I currently have a leg/foot injury so my main outlet (running, can’t do it ):) so it’s nice to be okay with just taking care our ourselves and listening to our bodies/minds.

      I'm glad you enjoyed this video!! Man - It must have been hard when you got your injury. Realising that you couldn't run and instead you had to slow down. Sometimes its our bodies way of telling us to really just get back to basics and look after ourselves to feel good. Right! You stay safe too xx
