Yes Liam, the Toaster pickups just sound soo much better than the Hi Gains. You can really hear the warm mellow Jangle AND Chime that those 60's Rickenbacker 12s are so well known for.
Actually, it IS a 360/12. The early 12 string electric guitars that Rickenbacker produced, including the ones given to Suze Arden and George Harrison were actually designated with the model number 360/12. All hollow body Rickenbacker 12 string electric guitarsproduced by Rickenbacker in 1963 had the 330 body design but were 360/12 models. This is detailed in Tom Bacon's wonderful books about Rickenbacker guitars.
