Is it just me some of their death happen because of Kimberly and Burke intervention. Like what happened to Tim and Nora. Kim yelling Pigeon got Tim to chase them around and cause his death. And both of them make Nora paranoid enough to make her so scared in the lift and cause her to lose her head.
Why did he survive though? The only one who died and got a new life was Kimberly. It's already unfair that she survived, since everyone dies in this franchise, even Alex and Clear who survived previously and Molly, who didn't die in Sam's premonition in the fifth movie
The plan was for Final Destination 3 subway scene to feature a cameo from Kimberly and Officer Burke, and they would have been killed off , thus completing Death’s work. However because of actor availability, this didn’t happen. This idea was later reworked for the ending of Final Destination 5

I say they are dead by Wood Chipper in Final Destination 3 Deleted Scene and it Death being merciful(I doubt it, lol) They will wait until Kim and Thomas ride the train in FD3 ending and kill both of them with their new plaything in one shot.
Because next in death's list was him, but Kimberly "killed" herself before death could kill him so after Kimberly being revived, the list was scrapped and death was no longer after them
