Titan AirEx Outlets are the cleanest penetrations Bryan has seen for refrigerant lines.

Where are the drain lines? Are they plumbed into the house drain? I don't have plumbing on an ADU and want to use this, right now the PVC drain line comes out the same hole, so I guess I need to extend/shorten it and have it's own penetration.

You're right - the condensation drain gets run separately

Not special as far as the sheathing, but it gets run in conduit
