Honestly, i know you get to hear this a lot, but u are a real inspiration to bboying, especially for someone who is totally not into Powermoves. Your Musicality and creativity is over the top! However, i wonder...some moves really look like they either break your knees or at least cut off some of the tendons. How do you prevent injury in your knees? Just by stabilyzing the muscles around the knee and by beeing a well rounded build? I had a meniscus tear, but i got rid of the pain now by building up muscles and am still afraid of really going deeper into bboying, as it does penetrate the knees a lot :-( Would be great if u could share from your experience on this matter. If you are busy, no problem! Wish u health man! Keep grooving ;-)
