That was one of the best demos ever, because you actually demonstrated it. Not a 20 min video of what a great guitar player you are while playing through $50,000 worth of equipment all the while making me not want to burn my guitar... Is there any way you could review the digitech trio plus?? I just got one and know you would do a great job reviewing it....thank you🎸🎸🎸
It's hard to describe a true Leslie sound, unless you lugged one around gig to gig, what I'm looking for is; when you hit the speed and it ramps up you get a super cool vibrato/doppler sound (Listen to the intro on Deep Purple's "Perfect strangers") which distinguishes an ok pedal from a real awesome authentic sound. Does This have that? 2. What about in stereo? Is the Leslie sound improved or basically 2 outputs? Thank you
first I have heard this thru a solid state amp ...I would say the Quilter brings out the highs, because the LK tends to add a lot of bass.
Great review! Thanks mate. Subscribed!
Chon Adams Thanks!
all the zoom-ins are with every knob turned up all the way.

great demo, but how does this sound Mono ? it is supposed to be Stereo out isn't it ?
At the time of recording, the thought was that since most people aren't bringing two amps to a gig, let's do the demo in mono so people can hear what it'll sound like plugged straight into their amplifier. In hindsight, doing a portion of the demo in stereo would've been the way to go.
thanks for your reply, so, would ou say it's OK in Mono ? did you try it in Stereo (with 2 amps) ? big difference ?
Ricky1968 It sounds perfectly fine with just one amp, but if you have two amps...it definitely comes alive in it's intended stereo operation.
nice demo
Many thanks!
SSSSPPPPLLLLAAAAWWWWNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!
Of all of the amps that I've owned over the years, the Splawn stuff is definitely my favorite.
@@JuanCanteli I work for a music store that carries the Splawn amps and they have got to be the best sounding amps I've ever pluggged in to... I just don't understand why they don't put a few bucks into their web page. Their web site looks like a 10 year old did the HTML for it... probably the WORST web site of any professional product I have ever seen... I've emailed them numerous times about it, and they never change it... there is no way by spending any time at all on their web site that you'd know how killer the product they make is...
You ruin the demo when you change the pickups in the middle of the demo. Play the "control" with the same pickup setting that you would when you turn on the pedal. Don't change pickups when you turn on the pedal! It's a misrepresentation when you do that. Geez.
99.9% of guitar players are going to switch to their bridge pickup under higher gain settings, so it was just an attempt to showcase that mode in a practical setting.
Yo momma ruin the demo
