There isn't any doubt that F16 block 70 is the best 4th gen single engine fighter aircraft at present but for PAF J10C is an excellent choice for multiple reasons that do not require much elaboration.
PAF though requires a twin engined fighter-bomber with super cruise capability for sustained periods !!
Gripen E is best 4th generation single engined fighter jet at present.

Although the F16 Blk 70 is very potent platform, but countries like Pakistan needs to be mindful of restrictions attached, better stick with J10C, and set its sights on the next generation aircraft in collaboration with a friendly country, which I believe is work in progress.

No doubt America is beast in terms of aero dynamics and air craft manufacturing, F22-35 single engine is the example, as far as pakistan is concerned, pakistan only needs to think about long range air defense system but also long range air to air missiles, because pakistan cant compete the world bit by bit but at least can maintain minimum good systems to defend, just like India now got S400 system so any another air combat result can be surprisingly for pakistan this time
And I think now it's time to develop local systems instead of importing.

The pace of development of Turkey's 🇹🇷 local engine will be increased because when Turkey 🇹🇷 alone was working on this project still then R and D cost was 50 billion dollars 💵. Now when Pakistan 🇵🇰 and Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 have also joined the project no fiscal problem will come. So every development will Insha Allah happen promptly

The entire industry chain needs to invest at least $80- $200 billion in research and development costs. The R&D cost of F35 is $63.1 billion, and the R&D cost of F22 is $78 billion. The total R&D cost of J20/J35 in China is 127.5 billion US dollars. The research and development cost of SU57/SU75 in Russia is $82 billion. KF21 and Türkiye's fifth generation fighter planes all buy European and American parts, even the airframe design. The overall research and development cost is less than $10 billion. The fifth generation fighter jets are not something that small countries can play with, and even Britain, France, and Germany are temporarily ineligible.

From a pragmatic perspective, what Pakistan needs to do:
1. Give priority to the development of light industry, vocational education, and agriculture for people's livelihood. Seek more investment and introduce more technology from Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and China. Why cannot Pakistan's population be converted into industrial productivity? Behind you is China, why cannot China's surplus industry be transferred to Pakistan?
2. Kill two political families who have long controlled the Pakistani regime. Nationalize resources.
3. Thoroughly solve the problem of division, unify thinking, and liberate women. Whether in terms of religion or secular development direction.
