I buy ceramic round magnets at Home Depot. Each one inch magnet is 6 grams. If your putter head is metal set them where you want and practice putt outside preferably. Move them around until you get the weight at the right spots. Once I get them right I use permanent glue that will bind ceramic to metal. They will still come off if you want to go back to initial weight distribution. Use a medium flat screwdriver to wedge them off.

Consistent Setup is everything!! Unfortunately I struggle with setup consistency !! Just got the odyssey Eleven Tour Lined center shaft mallet, so far so good...I did add some lead tape for more head weight... is their other options to change head weight instead of the old school lead option?

Does changing the manufactures grip on the stroke lab shaft affect the swing weight?

Putter fittings are 1 thing people should do vs a iron/wood fitting. But this is still largely a off the rack purchase which greatly hampers the player.

That's hard to say as it depends largely on you along with length of putter. Doing some speed and starting direction tests with different weights would be the best route in dialing in the counter weight
