The RAM in the mobile packages are embedded with teh processor these days. There is no way to upgrade the RAM. Otherwise, we don't need to buy new devices.

Yes. Just transfer the data to the chip and solder back on the board. You are good to go.

PAPER1CHASER I think he does. It it will cost you a fortune . You can even buy an iPhone X for this price I think :) . Think ..postage fee, craftsman skills ..hours he spend , and finally you have to pay for the chip which I think is very very expensive , probably 200-400$ I guess
