Yer I still think personally it the most important part u need to be right on the spot . I have reanchored 3 or 4 times just to make sure I’m right where I want to be
@@freemansspeech2108 I fish lake Mac and struggle on getting the right anchor spot. But this process will help I think. Also catching jewies is a struggle too but that's a whole other matter
Yer I don’t mark any spots I always find it on the sounder every time I anchor. Fishing for Jew fish is a hole other game but if your going to fish for them set up and just target Jew and nothing else

Thanks old mate . I’m out injured atm so can’t get on the water. When I can get back in a boat I’ll bring a heap more videos out . Which is looking to be right in time for the jewfish season. Thanks again cheers
Great fishing and a great video! Would you ever consider taking out a paying guest? I have been fishing all my life but I have always dreamed of catching a decent mullaway.
@@freemansspeech2108 Thanks for the offer! I don't have a boat anymore but I know how much they are to run. I also know how valuable local knowledge is. Thanks mate cheers. Atm I’m using cat food and bread I cube up as well works wonders. That’s a perfect setup for the river . Keep a close look out in the coming months what size rod I’m using
No if its big you need to be able to hold it 2 main runs first investigate drop wait second picks it up and goes this is what sorts the men from the boys im talking big here as jews have a tongue and they test the bait that way and never put your fingers in a jews gills to lift it in a twoo arm quick lift or a really good gaff and a strong person my old man caught one 36lbs it took up the whole bathtub at home best experience of your life but prepare well regards 😊
