How will I know if the call was answered once answered?
Hi, do you mean how do you know if the call was answered once you transferred it? If you did a blind transfer, you would see the light blinking while the call is ringing until the party picked up the call. If they answered it, then the light would turn solid red. If not, then it would go to voicemail and no light would display. I hope I answered your question. Thanks.

BAD tutorial. Demonstrate it properly and u did not put the phone handset back on.
There was no reason to put the phone handset back on the hook, the call was already transferred and per the screen display you can see that the call had ended on my end and was ringing in the intended party.
