Очень нравится! Для не знающих английского - немного затянуто, но это лучше, чем смотреть на мелькание рук и ничего не понимать. Всё очень аккуратно, основательно и профессионально:)))

Woa absolutely gorgeous! Have a coworker that wants me wrap a carved labradorite, and she doesn’t want it “very fancy” lol so it doesn’t distract from the lotus carving… I bet this will be perfect for it!! Love that you demo placement of prongs without math… SOO appreciated cause i bloody suck at math! Also grateful you show step by step fairly slow, and talk it out as well.. this is a fairly old video but it’s gunna be SO helpful and I really adore the final look! Thank you!!

I really appreciate how neat your work is compared to other
artists who often do their wraps rather messy. I plan to use this particular
wrap for a sweet elderly lady from my church & need the wrap to look really
clean, elegant & crisp. Thanks again for another great vid.

I only just found this video but I am hooked. Your instructions along with your video visuals are so explicit and absolute that it becomes an easy task to follow your work, rather than blunder along wondering how the heck to get the same look as yours. You are a really good teacher. I love your pieces too. I subscribed because I really appreciate your skills and as a beginner, I find them easy and non-threatening to start my own pieces. Thank you. You are wonderful. 💖🙏🌻

Thanks so much. I love the way you take pains over your demonstrations. This is the design I like best because it doesn't detract from the cabochon itself and the bail makes a lovely contrasting design to the otherwise plain front. I think I should be able to do this without too much trouble.

May I make a suggestion. When you are beginning to make the prongs, do not start from the side. Start by measuring the wire to get it's center and align that against the center point on your plan. Then begin making the prongs beginning with one on either side of the center point. (Work from the center, out.) The result will be equal lengths of wire on either side for use in making the bale. Also, wait until the prongs are set in the first wire and then cut the second wire to fit the length of the first.

  • @denisemurray412

I would have taken the two wire ends coming down from the back of the bail and made them the long curls. The two ends that come from the prong base would be the short curls. Then I would weave the four together. The wires would be stabilized and the back of the pendant would be smooth and flat.

I love your work and how you teach. I have a challenging project I hope you can help me with, it's to make a ruby 'bracelet'. Most cabochon wrapped tutorials are for pendants. How would I go about adjusting your weave or caged techniques for a bracelet/bangle. I have a large ruby gemstone about 20x25mm, no holes, and it has what I believe is called a pavilion. I'm thinking of covering the pavilion with a spiral loop. I'm not sure if I should use a prong method or weaved. Any suggestions?
