Not gonna lie, having a women that can do a muscle ups, pullups, 100 + pushups and be runner up for Ms olympia.... And still have to battle to open a jar is sending me 🤣 and gives me confidence as an official jar opener....
Loved this video, the chatting together, the laughs, and experimenting! Sending you all the love for this leg of your journey, to be healthy AND (importantly) happy!💜💫
I love that you actually tried something different to spice it up for some variety so it’s not always the same wages over and over again which is what I just did on Thursday Night! Hope you had a fantastic Mother’s Day Tay-Tay!
The Steeve's syrup is legit, try drizzling it on scrambled eggs and add some cinnamon. When you're cutting if you close your eyes it's almost like having french toast.
You would love my Granola Bar recipe. You're right the wet to dry ingredients is very important. I use one and a half long cooking oats in my recipes. I set up the mixing so the oats sit in the moist part while I'm putting together dry ingredients which a variety of nuts, seeds, no added sugar. I use honey and agave to get stuff to stick. then when you mix it really well and press it into the pan. the pressing part is important or if falls apart....It's to die for and totally nutritious! Your recipes are pretty fun! TY
@@littletfitness Dry ingredients: I cup long cooking oats, it's more hardy. 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch sea salt, set aside in it's own little bowl. Continue in another medium bowl with dry ingredients of various nuts and seeds. Use 1/4 cup each: chopped walnuts, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, dates, raisins, 1tsp chia seeds, flax, 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Wet ingredients, LOL mix in the beginning so that it can be added to the oats bowl. Oats can be soaking in it. It helps soften the oats....cont...1/3 cup agave, 1/3 cup honey, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 egg white. use 1/3 of that maple syrup you have too. Mix the wet ingredients thoroughly, because of egg. and add to the oats....Now start putting your seeds and nuts together. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. put a greased parchment sheet of paper for a 9x7 pan. It's KEY to press the granola mix really hard on the pan. I use a spatula to press it down and once I have it even I put my hand in a baggy and finish pressing with my hand. I can feel the granola continue to sink and become tight in the pan. pieces OMG it's great energy food.
You can add which ever kind of nuts you want cashews etc. also peanut butter. i love crunch peanut butter, but again you could use almond butter. Keep in mind if you add more dry ingredients like peanut powder of protein powder you would need more agave, honey or syrup to make up the difference. It's a fun recipe to make. Everyone will want it! then you can add to your morning oatmeal. MORE oatmeal LOL. It seems like a lot of stuff and it is, but I just put all my bags of nuts and seeds on the counter and start measuring. It goes really fast once you do it a couple of time. I make it at least once a week. Good luck let me know how it turns out. It will be a little golden coming out of t he oven too. Let it set in a container on the counter a couple of days before putting in frig. It gets more flavorful that way. You are going to go nuts! hahahahahaha.
Awesome video, I completely related to the "kitchen awkwardness". I almost bought a fitness influencer's cookbook once, but the price was only "reasonable-ish" in USD, but after the CAD exchange it wasn't worth it. That influencer is Canadian too! Anyway, realistically I don't have time to make this stuff. As long as the treat I eat has nutrition facts, I just eat whatever is within my daily calories and gives the needed protein. Way simpler than getting creative in the kitchen.
Haha! Hi there, little T! If I spent a whole day with you, especially if we hit the gym together, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to move the next day! 😂😂😉😉😜😜
14:43 aught me off guard when they broke the fourth wall here lol I thought that lady was the one doing all the recording until I realized they were both being recorded
USE THE HONEY!! Honey is far healthier than any sweetener you can imagine. As a super food it has all sorts of goodies you just can't get with ANY replacement.
Hey little fitness, I think that you are sO cool and cute, talented I love the smile at the end of everything you do...all of what I just said makes you very attractive...as far as competing goes I think it's out with the old and in with the NEW which is what you are, you're doing this so you better frickin kill it. Eye of the Tiger 👍

I love your mindset and goals for your prep. That is what it is all about...YOU vs YOU. And F@#$ the haters!
Your camera girl is pretty cute! Does she train? You should do a video series taking her through soft prep/cut where you teach her a basic routine.

LOL you can add mini chocolate chips and a couple of pats of melted butter. Both optional...I would do the chocolate chips.
