- Damen Shipyards Group and its partner PT PAL recently completed installation and testing of combat systems to the second of the Indonesian Ministry of Defence’s SIGMA 10514 Perusak Kawal Rudal (PKR) guided missile frigates, the KRI I Gusti Ngurah Rai (332). The PKR frigates are constructed via a modular process operating simultaneously at Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding (DSNS) in the Netherlands and the PT PAL shipyard in Indonesia. In this manner, Damen is able to build high quality vessels anywhere in the world. This method also enables Damen to fulfil its commitment to the Indonesian Ministry of Defence to deliver an extensive knowledge and transfer of technology (ToT) programme.

Actually a well thought out design with lots of CIWS and apart from the jump drive...not unfeesable for Earth within 200 years :)
Forget Omega, Iver is coming!! However I do wish TNI to buy more PKR in order to complete the Transfer of Technology as promised with no Tipu-tipu ( Scam ) like last time. Lesson learned, hopely the dutch could be more trustworthy like the South Korean as the case with LPD Transfers of Technolgy which had been proven as a success story.
lupakan omega destroyer, lebih baik Menambahkan armada PKR Sebanyak 25 sampai dengan 100 buah dengan kaya gini bisa membuat biaya pembuatan kapal PKR bisa semakin rendah misalnya dari harga usd 220 jt bisa menjadi USD 150 jt, kayak prinsip dagang semakin banyak kita beli barang harga akan semakin rendah, dan transfer teknologi bisa diserap dengan baik oleh PT PAL dengan baik, karena memiliki daya tawar yang tinggi. karena yang penting dalam kapal perang adalah Sistem radar dan Rudal. kayak Pemerintah mau membeli kapal kelas iver huitfeldt-class frigate cuma 4-5 buah waktu pengerjaan akan lama dan kita bisa-bisa udah diserang dulu sama CCP Karena ingin memperebutkan natuna, Sebelum Kapal iver huitfeld sudah bisa dioperasikan oleh Indonesia. pengujian kapal perang kayakya perlu waktu 2 tahun sebelum diserah terimakan ke Indonesia.

Haii friends I need a small help. Where i get the perfect training for combat systems. I'm a electrical and electronics engineer . I have a experience in Marine side and I have a knowledge about navigation. My ambition is to work on INDIAN navy but due to some financial problems I didn't get the job but I decided to work in ship only. Now I'm already working in Marine . So please can you give the details where can I learn about the training of combat systems. Please give some suggestions friends. I don't have reference but I have a knowledge and interest.
