    Thank you! Your trick with the marble sorted me out! A piece of cardboard was wedged in the hand held part. I was able wedge it out! Saved me a call out fee!

    One thing I did learn is to take a big shop vac and shove the hose in the problematic port and turn on the shop vac and it should pull the clog out. If not you’ll have to call in a professional 🙂

    How do you unclog the line between the 2 points that seem to be clogged?

      It takes patience and a little creativity. You’ll need a shop vac, or something strong like it and another person to help. Insert the shop vac hose point one. And in a back and forth, turn the main unit on and then the shop vac. The idea is to rock the clog back and forth until it loosens.
