The Bike
At just 46 lbs, this is one of the most affordable eBikes on the market.
A 300W nominal, 720W peak planetary geared brushless motor achieves the perfect balance between torque and speed.
The XP™ Lite is the only 48V eBike within its price range.
Foldable to just 36 L x 16 W x 27 H inches - making this one of the smallest folding eBikes in the industry.
Equipped with five levels of pedal assist to enhance the riding experience for all skill levels.
Twist throttle delivers pure power on demand.
Single speed drivetrain makes riding efficient and seamless.
Slim 20 x 2.4 or 20 x 2.6 inch tires allow you to turn on a dime.
A hidden and removable lithium-ion battery makes for a clean design while powering your ride for up to 40 miles on a single charge.*
An external charging port on the down tube provides riders with the option to charge the eBike without removing the battery. Meanwhile, interchangeable spare batteries can be removed and installed in seconds, doubling your range.
A backlit, heads-up LCD display provides trip and battery intelligence on the go.
160mm mechanical disc brakes offer peace of mind in both wet and dry conditions.
IP-65 rated electrical components ensure greater water and dust resistance.
Integrated front and rear lights allow you to be seen at night and provide you with greater safety.
On the XP, it's the minus button for cruise control.
Thumbs up for attitude and sense of humor.
The PRICE is a no brainer👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Great video! Surprising outcome!
Thank you!
Loved the video! I would suggest you try to lower the front end of your c9 seat a bit, especially if you have a suspension post, as the seat naturally leans back when you sit down and add extra pressure on your bottom. I would also suggest using the voltage setting as a more reliable battery level gauge. I know you’re aware of it, just figured it would be easier for us to get a better idea of your level as viewers. Great video again!
Like i told somebody else, if we know the battery gauge is not accurate, how can we assume the voltage reading is.
yeah I understand what you’re saying but I don’t think you’re getting what we’re trying to say. Although the battery gauge and the voltage meter are functionally the same, at least we get actual numbers to compare and keep track of, rather than the energy bars that could mean anything at that present moment. No one is saying that the energy bars are “way less accurate” than the volt meter, but they definitely lack the reliability that comes along with the volt meter. Just think about when you charge the battery itself up. Lets say you charge the bike to around 90% full. The energy bars would likely display that you’re at 100%, while the volt meter would tell you that you’re at “exactly” 51.9v or so. They are all both telling you essentially the same information but one is more exact and consistent. It’s just a way for us to take something home from the video rather than saying “oh he rode 15 miles and still had two bars left” we could say oh he rode 15 miles and he still was 2v above 25% or something of that nature. I’m not even saying to ignore the battery gauge, we’re just saying that you should use both in conjunction with one another. Again, I enjoyed the video and found it very informative, even if not scientifically exact. I was not meaning to offend. Love your videos and cheerful attitude when I watch your stuff

Great vlog and thank for all the info! Like these interesting throttle tests 👍
It's the minus button for cruise. You were pedaling in parts of the video as shown by your shadows. LOL :)
I saw that also, I didn’t even know I was doing it, it was just a couple slipups
@@tdrdronesebikesandscooters8377 i have tried a few times to get a throttle only mileage reading and find myself pedaling all the time then say maybe next charge LOL :)
Did the right thing by pedaling from a stop to help it. You’ll lose a bunch of charge capacity on that battery just starting with all throttle.
You should really monitor the volts (hit power button a few times to cycle over to it) over watching the bar at the top.
Battery should be considered empty as soon as you drop to below 42 volts (going no lower than 40). Similarly, when charging try to cap it at 50 volts. This helps to keep the battery healthy.
I am aware where the voltage reading is, if the energy bar is so inaccurate what makes you think the volt reading is any better, when the bike starts losing speed I know that's it.
@@tdrdronesebikesandscooters8377 I'm honestly not sure entirely. I'm just going by the general consensus, which seems to be the volt meter is considerably more reliable than the bar. I just assume that to be the case because that seems to be the recurring assessment. Regardless, glad to hear you already knew! I had no idea when mine first arrived.
That’s my favorite color Magoo. Beautiful looking bike for sure enjoy it. 👍🙏👍🙏👍Happy and bless Sunday 🙏🙏🙏
cool production :) thanks my friend :)
Thanks for the visit
Great range test seems pretty impressive so far yeah and I think to get the cruise control on it's just like the regular XP where you had to hold the negative and the throttle at the same time for a couple seconds👍👍
Yes, exactly
The cloud nine seat I have on my Rad Runner that one has the cut out I never had a problem I was on that bike for 50 miles one day👍🏽
My ass is old haha
The xp lite is perfect just the way it is for $200 more you can get the 2.0 step-through the lite is more like a BMX style bike 2 completely different uses for the lite vs the 2.0 and if range is a issue send $1200 and get the new 14amp hr xp 2.0, lectric really does have something for everyone, great range test video can't wait to see what's next
That would be great except for the fact that the 2.0 is too heavy for a lot of women and elderly. Plus the Lite is more nibble and much easier to control. I have the Lite and I love it. I feel I made the right choice and I'm very satisfied.
Are we sure it actually gets more range? Reddit seems to think the lite gets more range even tho it shouldnt
I believe everything I read on Reddit, a place that has more retards on it than whitehouse.gov
WOW that goes pretty darn far!! your butt hurts you need a duel suspension bike!
Passando pra prestigiar aquele super like
Tmj ✌✌✌
I have the XP 1.0 and the farthest I’ve ridden is 26 miles when the bike shut off. I am 6ft and 300lbs. I do love my bike tho.
My 1.0 did 18 miles, very good
Les sceptics seront confondues
I bet you if you lead that on pedal assist 1 and pedal, you’ll probably get about 50 mile range🤩👍🏽
I'm taking it to the trail on Monday to see how it holds up
From what I understand the energy bar is not very good indicator. If you switched over to voltage would be very interesting to see what your voltage was when it cut off it should be around 40 volts and how far you got when it got to 40 volts. I just got mine only have 11 miles on it and down 243 volts not very happy. Expected with using only pedal assist 1 and 2 in a lot of coasting I would have got 15-20 mi. Appreciate if you would check your distance on voltage next time and also what biking app are you using on your phone thank you.
i thought the range was very good for a 7ah battery

Im gonna save $200 and get the clone $599 GoTrax F1 and pickup DavidBrandNew's Turtleneck Stem and BMX handlebars. The F1 has the exact same specs but only comes in Black or White and doesnt have the front basket mounts
enjoy
wonderful my friend
Doesn't the under-voltage protection on all modern ebikes prevent any damage from running the battery all the way down, by virtue of the battery shutting off before it can cause any damage?
Nope
Great vids👍🏽i wanna see what u think of the Voro Motors Roadrunner 🤩love mine
That’s my next purchase down the road!
it's sure nice
As with any single speed, the big question is "do you spin out/run out of gears"??? With one gear (and especially with electric assist) there will come a point where you can't peddle fast enough to keep up with the bike. If this happens at 12mph, it's a dealbreaker, because you don't want to have to be spinning 1000rpm just to cruise at 12mph. Ideally, you should be able to comforably spin your legs while the bikd is doing 18-20 on the flats. TDR, what did you find when spinning on the flats? What speed could you hold while spinning comfortably?
This bike pedals better than my 3 other single speed bikes, it's like a normal bike not like the jetson and bikes of those ilk
@@tdrdronesebikesandscooters8377 thx for the response. Can you quantify 'pedals better'? I am looking hard at this bike for my dad. I'm sure he could spin easy (with pedal assist) at 15-18mph on a normal bike. I hesitate to get this one because I can see the single speed not providing 'enough gear' to pedal easily at those speeds. I don't want to get this bike and have him stuck at 12mph during easy spin... thx.
2 hearts that breathe as 1
I think this is the one!
it's a nice bike
Yes yes, and the slower = more range “myth.” I agree with you, for the most part no because speed = momentum. It’s not like gas. Anyhow, 18/19mi is decent! and that was throttle only? I’ve got 14mi to work via trail only, basically no hills and am willing to pedal 🎉
If Lectric ever makes a step thru version of the XP Lite they be smart if it comes with the regular 9.6ah battery or new 14ah battery. Then range would be great.
it wouldn't be smart, they'd lose money.
@@LoLErMan13 No. They would be able to charge more. Lots of people have money and would gladly pay more for a 9.6ah or 14ah version.
PS. My bet is a Lectric is selling more 14ah XP 2.0 than 9.6ah right now.
Very cool 😎
If this came with a bigger battery,it would be the perfect bike!just curious….how much do you weigh?
175
What was the voltage at the end of your test? Great video by the way
Not sure, all i know is it was dead
18.5 miles no peddling
Solid run! If I'm not mistake, that battery is the same one that my xp2.0 came with.
the battery for your bike is 500 dollars this one is 250 so i'm sure they are not the same
@@tdrdronesebikesandscooters8377 mine came with only a 10ish amp hour battery. They just started offering the $500 for the xp2.0.
@@tommyg957 this is a 7ah
@@tdrdronesebikesandscooters8377 I was wrong. Haha
How does this bike compare to the Jetson Bolt Pro speed and range for the price?
This is more money but way better experience
Confuse data with your stealthynes
You cheated a little, Brian. I saw by your shadow that you had pedal started. 😁
I caught myself a couple times but it made no difference, it's just a habit
@@tdrdronesebikesandscooters8377 I know. I was just messin with ya.
How does the sun smell
What tracker do you use on your phone?
Relive
What do you weight?

You can tell in your shadow, that you’re peddling …. Unbelievable you said this was a test for just throttle
You’re an idiot, back in the basement.
