My new dream car!
We test drove the 350h back in January and we loved it!. We ordered one right away and it was delivered in mid April. The new NX is a fantastic car in terms comfort, luxurious and technology and specialty fuel economy in the hybrid version. However I wish we would have waited a few months more before ordering it. The one that we test drove was manufactured in Japan but ours is manufactured in Ontario, Canada. Right away after delivery I found 3 assembly faults inside the car things like gap in dashboard, miss alignment in the centre console and rear sear fabric wrinkles. Although these are minor issues but I wouldn’t expect to see in a LEXUS. I am not sure whether its our copy or others have experienced the same issues but clearly there are quality control issues in the Canadian facility. I live in Canada and I am happy that this car is produced here but I expect to get a quality product when paying premium. I sent a feedback to Lexus Canada but noone responded properly. Don’t get me wrong the new NX is still an excellent car however Lexus should address these quality problems. We are coming from a german brand to Lexus and have never seen such obvious issues inside the car.

Lexus at last ... love the NX, design, tech, practicality , and everything... great work for the development team...... though disappointed with the LX that should be the flagship SUV
Why no Mark Levinson audio or pano roof on the 450h+? Will they be available later? Really want these options.

I wish lexus had more cars. Both the toyota and lexus have perfect designs. I wish there were many styles like hardtop convertibles, hypercars, sports sedans, and cars with gear bars like Pagani.

I still have an NX from the first month they came out seven years ago and it has been worry-free. Does the new NX have blind spot detection which I have on another car and consider it a must on a new car?

@@lexus Next year is upgrade year. I am going to buy the new LX 600 to replace my two-year-old LX 570 and will also buy either the new NX to replace the NX or an RX. Keeping the IS 350 as a spare. Also buying the new 2023 4-Runner when it is released to replace a new model Chevy truck. Then I will be broke.

Why front seats doesn't has adjustments of cushions length? Do you think that we are stupides and we won't noticed it? This seat is shame compared XC60, GLC, X3, RDX!
Like the nx. Not crazy about having to use premium in hybrid. Kind of beats the purpose of saving on gas.
Are you sure about this? The RAV4 hybrid…does that use premium as well? Don’t they share the same underlying technology?
Desi Wyatt I have read that the 350 turbo, 350h and 450h+ all use 91 octane
If you’re concerned about affording the gas you should consider a Corolla.
That's the only way. The engine produces pretty high horsepower which requires higher octane gas. If saving gas is your biggest problem, Prius is for you.

Please deliver all this into the rx model. I don’t understand why they didn’t this to the nx instead, doesn’t the rx have 5x more sales than nx?

I love the new NX. The only thing I’m not keen with the styling is the light bar at the back. I feel Lexus is just following other manufacturers such as Audi in copying the light bar and I think they should be brave enough to go in their own direction and create something that really is unique at the back.
I’m also not too keen on the big Lexus lettering at the back because again that’s just following the trend but otherwise fantastic and I hope all this is in the new RX

I think Savagegeese's review encapsulates this vehicle the best: It's fine but Lexus could have done much better.
I think they were specifically bashing the NX350. The NX350h and NX450h+ have received good reviews.
@@gengstar09 maybe in terms of performance but there is definitely a lack of refinement and luxury across the NX lines. The passenger dash is an example. For over $50k they could have at least matched the ES. Anyways we will find out more when these hit the dealers. Staying optimistic.

Lexus still rolling with the 4 banger. Should’ve put a v6 turbo in the 350 f sport. There’s enough room for one. Lots of wasted space under that hood or at least tune it better. Needs more horsepower. 400 would fit the bill.

All you have to do is look at the interior to know that this is a huge failed opportunity, like Saveagegeese says. It's not luxurious at all and looks like an old RAV-4. So if they couldn't even get that right, the rest of the car isn't going to be anything special either. The Venza is a better NX than the NX is.
