Verhulst had such a high character development since he played with Hal and Reps. He was this really shy kid from the beginning and after that time he got a real confidence booster. Say what you want about Hal, but I guess his harsh methods ironed Verhulst and we can see how much confidence he radiates now.

Dezign joining could be interesting, he brings alot of energy and brings a similar high standard like Hal. Obviously his toxicity is a big thing esp since Evan and Reps are pretty passive vs Timmy pushing back. With Hal gone, it might be interesting to see TSM play a more zone comp playstyle considering reps and evan being more passive.
I've watched them play and i wouldn't say they are passive lol. Especially when you compare them to timmy, i think verlhust and reps are more passive that Timmy. Reps and Evan will let you know their thoughts.

I feel hes less of an igl but reps and verhulst skill will make up for it, and for some reason i feel like evan would respond better to dezign. I see alot of potential there. Theres just no one else conpared to him when it comes to how flexible he is. they need igl and a controller and his playstyle would help tsm become more of a diverse team. With evan and reps not confident enough to entry frag rn i feel like dezign would help them win more fights in different situations, im afraid they are going to become a real pasive team with no aggressive side. Thus losing the fights when aggresion is needed, dezign brings balance knowledge and beams to the table. And its kindalike what hal said. Who does he want to play with after trialing.

I mention all of that because I see Timmy in an almost similar type of comms style of pilot comms, cool calm collected and talk about it post game in the right environment calmly. Stark contrast compared to dezign.
Talking about needing a controller player is bricked, you’re either good or you’re not, input has nothing to do with it. Arguably last two LANs should’ve been won by triple MnK, best player in the world right now is MnK, APAC-S is dominating at LANs and is primarily MnK. Hes not the goat but good enough to get a PL spot without DSG especially with mates like Verhulst. TSM probably gonna pay him a lot more than DSG too so I would rather take the better for next months and try alternatives out

Hal wasn’t the best mechanically either but his decision making is what really carried him in combination with Evan being the best shot on the team. Reps was the weak link. The only other IGL comparable to Hal is zero and now they’re on the same team with Hal being the fragger now and zero being IGL. I just don’t see it working out.
