The amount of Jester deaths without the Signal Translator is insane.
I think one of the pros of Titan map is that you can take advantages of the mechanical doors to trap Jester and Coilhead, giving you easier time to explore, although this would require using walkie-talkies to coordinate with the ship controller

Titan is desend map with the most of loot but if you want to go to highest quota you need to play only titan which is kinda boring.This game needs a another high loot moon
@@user-xb2fm1xp6u no they dont, the moon isnt rlly the problem as you spend the most time in the facility. They need more layouts for the inside. Currently there are only 2.

New rooms can make a huge difference for the amount of time it'd take to implement
The sideways hallways and the pentagon (I believe) shaped room with many hallways connected already make the game wayyyy better because there's some more variation instead of just being the same every time

Walkie-talkies would be a huge help for times like the Jester Mago incident but it's like... taking up a whole slot in your inventory. I really do believe Walkies should have their own slot in vanilla. It's a small light item that you can easily attach to your belt or something come on..
Yeah, by default they're terrible because they take up a slot and you don't hear anything unless you carry one yourself, which means it is constantly draining the battery. At most you might have one person on the exploration team with a walkie and then the person on the ship with a second, just to help facilitate signal booster transmissions.
If they nerfed its battery life then maybe, but it lasts the whole day so there would be no point in not buying one if you had a dedicated slot.
@@XoRandomGuyoX I wouldn't mind the battery life at all if it means having communication to avoid team wipes but yeah the part that really sucks is actually just the fact it takes up an inventory space. The battery drain is just the right balance(nerf) for having a dedicated slot imho

The "jester jester jester" callouts and the way they spread through a group reminds me a lot of the way 'gas gas gas' apocryphally spread down trench lines. its haunting to hear from far away.

You guys should utilize the loud horn, it draws the eyeless dogs to the other side of the ship. And there are plenty of funny mods for it. Also I love your vids insym stay awesome!!
Edit: apparently it doesn’t work at the moment it just draws them into the ship and I wasn’t paying attention to when he straight up talked about it 😅

@@vicschouten4933 It is bugged at the moment. Insym mentioned this in a previous video as to why they don't use it. As you found out, after using it the horn will eventually just lure the dogs into the ship.

It'd be cool if you could use the inverse teleporter to send things in when needed, like keys or shovels.
Imagine doing that with the key for the locked door, and then the key went inside the locked door...

Especially on a planet like Titan it might be worth it to have one person focus on sweeping loot into the ship at 12pm or so.

I think you should consider selling just a little bit over quota a few rounds earlier. The thumper around 4:00:00 and the round after that rekt you so hard and you missed out on so much loot. just selling one more item (even the cheapest you had) on your last trip to the company before that could have afforded you a shovel. if afterwards you get just one or two more loot in the following 3 rounds it was already worth it. See it as an investment that pays out later. (only if you don't loose it first round though I'll admit). Maybe get shovels instead of flashlight from the starting money you have. You're doing great without flashlights after you lost them in later rounds anyway.
Also it is good, that you develop the habit to bring loot back to ship more often and earlier. The last one dying with plenty of loot still outside also happened so often in the past runs :D
I really think you should get *some* equipment even early on. There's so many times when a flashlight or a spraypaint or a shovel would mean you get more loot or survive an enemy.
I agree. At least an early shovel would be helpful for yippies and thumpers. At 3:42:54 they were 1 credit short for a shovel and while we will never know for sure, it could have potentially prevented them from getting destroyed around the 4h mark XD.
I mean even if they have to sell one more item to get the whole 30... if they manage to get just one more item >30 out in the next 3 rounds it is already worth it. Or just get them from the starting money. They are doing great without flashlights after they lost them anyway.
Titan is always gonna be 50/50. I agree with Insym, it can be worse or it can be good

for thumpers, I always sneak around em and it works XD even the lore about it after scanning em mentioned something about sneaking past em but it's not dat efficient sadly if playing on vanilla lethal company. Time running out fast
I predict more days will be added per run (before selling) to make higher quotas possible at more risk. I wonder if another layout is in the works too. Seems like 3 would be a good number hence more moons are about to be added.

Insym I would love to be on your crack team, I've been the carrying pro on my friend teams for a long time and it's very entertaining - but it would be such a nice change of pace to actually be able to trust my teammates and work hard to really pull off these huge quota runs!
You should get the mod where you can switch using the arrow keys on the terminal. some will think its cheating but i really dont think so, and it would be great for jojo too. I understand if you wouldnt want to tho. the mod is called "FastSwitchPlayerViewInRadar"
Also, you should try a for-fun run with the "MaskedEnemyOverhaul" Mod. its super fun and basically makes the mimics act a lot more like real players

@@daiwang8111”cheating” is controversial and different for everyone, you could argue having 5 people is cheating. He’s using Hdcompany which makes the game less foggy and makes everything more visable, yippie mod is cheating because it changes the sound of the hoarding bug and makes them more obvious. tons of quality of life updates which makes the game wildly different from vanilla. i don’t see why they wouldn’t install another quality of life thing for jojo. At the end of the day they’re just trying to have fun and go as far as they can :)

wouldn’t it be better to buy signal transmitter early on since you are going to buy it anyways once quotas get higher? maybe im not understanding this but might as well buy it early rather than later right? It’s a permanent upgrade so it isn’t like shovels or flashlights
They don't want to sell more than quota since selling loot is the main limiter of how high a quota you can reach. So they only sell enough to meet quota then the first priority after that is enough money to reach better moons, then only after that can they afford to spend on utility
@@luke-hamiltonI mean like let’s say they have 2k, it doesn’t make a difference if they buy the transmitter now than later since unlike shovels and flashlights which can be lost, transmitters are permanent upgrades which means the overall money spent doesn’t change either way so they can still reach equally high quotas
@@tenpu1492 no, the money spent changes, since on the first runs, quotas are low - they only spend enough to meet quota and afford to go to Titan. They're minimizing how much they're selling to keep as much money as they can for later quotas.
Sure, they could sell some more to get permanent upgrades, but it's still money spent, more than is the minimum for quota + moon
Later when quotas get higher than moon cost, they can afford buying upgrades, and they do
@@tenpu1492the thing is they’re spending all their money to fly to titan so they don’t have any they buy the signal translated as soon as they have any money left over after flying to titan
@@tenpu1492it's the true min max, by using formulas to determine how much needed to sell to have just enough money for titan, they can ensure that they are not wasting any money whatsoever. Eventually when the quota gets high enough they'll have spare money to buy upgrades anyway.

4:38:09 the bottom of the bookcase in the center - is that a gold bar or a fake one? I've seen it once before on another run and can't tell if it's real or not.
it's part of the yellow wall trim clipping through the bottom. It happens a lot

Want to preface by saying I don't play the game, never looked anything up and don't know a lot about it in general, so please anyone that answers bear this in mind haha
Is there a reason they save buying items for higher quotas? Like, does it actually do anything different?
I know they're saving as much as they can and only getting the money to go to the moon etc but he keeps going on about "now we can get stuff" and I'm just super curious as to what difference it makes?
There were loads of instances where having a shovel would have been really beneficial, or having the signal transmitter early etc. As far as I can see it's just... money spent, which appears to be the same regardless of when they do it? So yeah, anyone that could explain the strat would be welcome ^^
They did the selling everything to get equipment for a while and it just always ended up where they needed just a few items to actually reach quota goal, one they were only 20dollars shy from making it. They also lose those items any time they die and no one can retrieve them.
So they started with this stratgey to just sell enough to get to titan and dealing with no lights and shovels. All 5have 4 inventory slots to fill and If they happen upon a sign great, that's a free weapon, heavy but still a weapon. There is also a monster cap on the moon. Killing isn't always the best because sometimes if you kill Yippee, easy to avoid, you can get a worse monster in its place. Coil head or jester. Which are run enders, you cant kill them and extremely hard to evade and can kill everyone.
The transmitter maybe could've been earlier, but it can be expensive and for the first couple quotas all 5 were out running and getting loot so there was no one able to use it anyway. Until it became way too risky for a team wipe, loosing all the scrap on the ship, for just one to sit inside.

I don't understand why Titan is harder than the other 2 difficult maps tho. The ship is literally right under the entrance, you can jump down with loot without dying instead of traversing for like 2 in game hrs on rend and dine.Am i missing something?
That is the problem, the outside monsters spawns between the ship and the entrance 😂 and guess what? Because it is near that it is more difficult. Cant run around dogs and giants.
(Thats my observation from watching, dont think imma play this game tbh)
There are a few reasons for this. Firstly, the indoor map is just too big; it's twice the size compared to Rend or Dine. Secondly, there are more monsters than in Rend or Dine. Lastly, the outside map is small, so the chance of encountering monsters is quite high.
it’s also turret heaven now, it used to be good but they nerfed it by adding tons of turrets and nerfed the loot prices otherwise it’s amazing
and after another fall damage patch you can't 'just jump down', they're making the game even harder than it already is 😭😭😭😭

No clue why you said multiple times "no one goes to titan". Many streamers/youtubers i watched - myself included, consider Titan the best moon.
Reason: If you know how to avoid all threats, you have the benefit of a straight shot from the entrance to the ship. You can even get fancy and bring an extension ladder to drop loot at the ships entrance.
When i did my solo runs, i managed to reach 2k quota before getting bored, always going to Titan and following a set path:
At main entrance, go 5 rooms deep in 5 different directions, return to fire exit and grab as much as you can before 1PM. Drop everything out and RUN for you dear life..
Well, watch any hardcore gamers trying for high quotas, they always go to dine or rend, rarely titan because it's just too big and the spawn is kinda shit. And from what I watch, ecplises spawn more the higher quota you have (this is just a theory) And eclipse titan is shit, your ship always surrounded by monster, different with Rend and Dine
@@G.orgePM Realy a fair point, but from solo runs in mind exclusively, the most important thing for high quotas, at least in my experience, is how many trips you can make in a day.
Titan requires a single trip for all the loot you could possibly want, which means you can get 12+ items (which would be 3 long trips on rend) before 1AM, making it the safest moon. (To be fair, i run inside titan facility like a mad lad to get out as soon as possible, risking stepping on mines, etc, so depends on your playstyle).
