The yellow wrench popped up and I changed the throttle body, purge valve, fuel pump relay, fuel pump sensor, MAF sensor, as well as the oil pressure sensor, and as soon as I start my truck it starts fine but as soon as I put the truck in Drive it starts to idle really rough then cuts off. The turns off and I get a low oil pressure warning as well as the yellow wrench right after that code what could be the problem
I am helping my son he has a 2014 f 150 6cyl That is posting these same 2 codes but the engine wont start just keeps cranking. I cleared the codes, still won't start and is showing 0 codes. Any help or Ideas would be appreciated.

Same codes came up on my 2011. Only symptoms were rough start after fueling up. Just changed that valve hoping it solves it.

I have replaced the purge valve and i still get this code along with p219a and p219b air to fuel ratio imbalance
I had to change one of these as well on my 2016 Ford 150 5.0L, the only thing I've had to replace luckily so in almost a year of owning the truck
We see this coat quite a bit. Of course we work on fleet that on these trucks

I have a 2018 ford edge sport. Same thing. Went straight to purge valve and it was sucking air. Easy $40 fix

Just to verify it means there is a Vacuum or is it the valve. I have a cheap code reader and it pulled up as the o2 sensor
In most cases it’s always the valve. Had another one today
what if it's a pending code of p2196 bias rich bank 1 sensor 1 only ?
I don’t know if the code is pending, but cheap enough to replace to give it a shot could still be the same

Not 100% sure, but I believe it’s right on top of the intake manifold in the front

Starting with the basics, I would say if you have spark at the coils and then fuel pressure.
At the end the technician said it’s a 2013 5.0 engine.

I Just Had Those Same Codes Today, But The Reader Is Saying “O2 Sensor”. It’s A 2011 Flex Fuel F150
I guess it’s possible it should be lean coats bank one and two
