Is this performance max campaign good for a site offering metal cutting services?
Is there any time were you don't include asset groups and run a feed only?
1. If I am just starting out then start with a Feed only Asset Group. Once I get success with Feed only then test adding assets.
2. Full PMax isn't working so I'll test moving to Feed Only
How to fix pmax if I start to earlier with target roas? Remove completely roas or start new campaign?
Yea, usually just remove the roas target and run Max Conv. Value or Max Conv. to get volume up.

Would you use this objective set up if you are running lead campaign? Or would it be better to just select lead as the objective? Thanks in advance.
You do either wouldn't make a difference. Just make sure the campaign conversion settings are set to track only your macro conversions e.g. lead form fills + calls (if you are tracking calls)

@growmyads on the first page of settung up the performance max campaigne i don't have the line "where should people go after clicking your ad?" How can you get it to show? Thanks. 2:08
What did you choose for Campaign Objective? If you choose Sales then you won't see that until the second page. If you choose 'Create a campaign without any guidance' then you will see it on first page like you see in my video.
