Would love to hear an update re: rain leaks, installation issues, customer service experience, price paid and time frame to receive product after order placement thanks
This was an ass kiss video of a product, I want a real review....So far Rick has the best one where he shows it leaks and talks about the customer service is lacking.
How is your experience with it below? I do understand you are a customer but this was professionally produced it would seem by the company right?
Like others I'm wondering how much it leaks? Also, is it true it takes several months to receive the cover after ordering and making payment? Approximate weight for a short bed truck?
Ordered mine on 4/28/23 and not a word yet...
I am also curious if you have experienced leaking at the folds, it is my main concern after seeing other reviews/videos which show leaking.
Friend of mine has one. Waited 6 months for it and it leaks like others and was missing hardware upon delivery. I went with Diamondback and have zero regrets.

Awesome cover. Decided to get one for my 2024 GMC 3500HD. But it is an unfair business practice to ask $2800 and a $500 up front freight ($3300) for a product and have to wait 25 weeks for the product to arrive is a deal breaker for me. Going for the DiamondBack.
Have you received it? Placed an order in mid Feb 2024. Could not get a reply from Renegade on delivery so we canceled the order last week.
@jammann209 Wow, that's almost 7 months. I just deleted my cart after I saw the lead time and freight charge.
They claim business is booming for them. Don't understand why they don't expand their company. They are losing opportunities to enhance their profits.
The estimate was 26 weeks when I ordered one. It has been 32 weeks and was just told that it will be another 8 weeks. I am so pissed that I am considering cancelling the order.

Has this leaked at the folds? Don't care if it leaks on the side weather stripping takes care of that
