The songs were relatively simple, and life itself was still simple without internet or (smart) mobile phones, but the early 90s was just the most fun time to be alive in. Wish I had a way to go back.
Hi ! I just watched all your videos and I love everything you played, it's amazing ! I especially like this trick you used to be able to play 2 parts with one digital synth. I thought the jd-xi was too limited but now I learned about this trick you make me want to buy one ! Would you share the files of your cover songs please ? I especially liked the 90s stuff like capella, magic affair, ice mc... great choice of music ! By the way, there is a very nice song called "Into the night" by Ondina... Maybe you could do a cover version, please ?
@@jeroenwijering That's great, thank you very much ! Now I really need to get a jd-xi, but I'll wait for a good opportunity. I've subscribed to your channel and I'm sure you'll get many more subscribers because you really deserve it ! Keep up the good work, thanks again !
@@jeroenwijering ahh man very cool. I have a digital piano today but am thinking about buying a hardware synth to play with... the JDXi is in the running for sure...

@@jeroenwijering happy holidays to you too my friend ☺️🙋♂️🎶🎶
Best one so far. The tempo actually matches, some of the midi is off, but I'll take it.
Your videos have inspired me so much, I decided not to sell my mine.
You do have the right skills though...it helps. I'll get there..,
0:59 I believe the second chord (3rd hit on Synth) is a Dm first inversion (A-D-F)
Nice man! Love this channel.
Porraaa massa demais
What a nice idea...;-)

congratulations, this synth is supreme, we use it too. greeting from chile, nice video. subscribed.
Thank you, and agreed the synth is much fun!
Mccoy is genius
Do you or anyone else know which synth the original piano and synth parts were from on Another Night - JD800?
My hunch is the Korg M1. That is an early nineties romper and the most popular synth for eurodance.
Wow, fantastic job! So all this is just live out of the Roland, no overdubs or external devices?
Correct, this is directly recorded from the JDXi without any post processing. The synth has 4 parts and pattern switching is seamless.

Lots of 2nd hand ones, so it is a really good and cheap option!
