- This video compiles the many funny lines of dialogue that can be heard in Bungie's Halo Reach when the I Would Have Been Your Daddy Skull (IWHBYD) is turned on. From the spartans of Noble Team to the UNSC marines you encounter throughout the game, I'm sure you'll hear at least one piece of dialogue that will make you laugh (or at the very least, chuckle).
The time it took for me to gather the footage and edit this little video together was a lot more than I'm sure most of you realize. The editing alone took multiple weeks as I had to individually edit each frame of video for the tracking text, but people seem to like that, so I think it was worth the effort.

This is an on going trait for previous gen Spartans. We don’t know if it’s a gag reflex or a need to repeatable confirm the kill

@@chillyee1816 The Covenent I think by the events of Reach barely comprehend English, but I think after Halo 1 they have some degree to understanding english I believe (I dont remember it has been eons since I played 2) but 3 they have a good understanding of english but cannon wise yes they speak english i think, in the book or noval version of Halo CE the Elites have an understanding of balastic weapons and english

I'm just wondering how you stuck that marine with a frag grenade.
The wiki claims that the version of the grenade in Reach is magnetic, because it will stop rolling on metal surfaces, and will stick if thrown in an exact way. Try walking up to a wall and throwing it straight down at the corner, it'll look like it goes inside 6's foot when you do it right.
You can stick frag grenades on brutes sometimes.
No way I've played halo all my life and I've never done that before

My answer is much simpler.
How would you feel if the home you knew was glassed, the only family you had was killed by alien bastards, you met some oni guys in labcoats, and they turned you into something that those same aliens fear. In that order.
I no longer feel. I can only receive dopamine when slaughtering entire squads of those splitjaw motherfuckers. When the dopamine hits though.....oh it's absolute bliss.
If it comes down to me, I'm either walking out wearing their teeth as a necklace, or dying with my fist shoved down one of their throats. Of course, nothing personal against any one of the covie races specifically. I want to slaughter them all equally. Though if one race did end up switching sides, I am at least capable of playing nice. I do it with the chucklefucks like you after all, marine.

Forgot one. In Nightfall, when the colonists bring out weapons he says; "These are stolen weapons." The colonist says, "What are you gonna do, arrest me?" Then Jun said, "No, gonna steal it back."
