This project looks 50/50 own stay and investment and its next to a busy commercial area. Kuchai seem more on local community area. Suggest you visit the site to see for ownself
Many years ago, the smell from my place, De Tropicana Condo is teribble when there is change in wind direction but now it since it gone maybe due to new building which block the smell from coming to our place. The lake is actually a dumb site from the factory water waste. The new resident should hope the developer build a cover walkway to the Kuchai MRT station or else you would be using the main busy road. The flyover to MRR2 is jam during after 5 PM from the traffic light juction.
