    Sir,
Thank you for uploading this video. 😇
Honestly speaking, I have been studying research articles, surveys and clinical cases of other successful Doctors for the past 5-7 years. But, I never focused upon documenting my own cases thinking that it's quite normal doing O.P.D cases like extraction, scaling and amalgam restorations.
Once, I actually wanted to take intra oral photo of a very good case but the patient wasn't willing so I couldn't take the clinical photos, and afterwards I never tried also.😅
This a common problem in the O.P.D because there are so many patients and so much of chaos , we hardly get enough time.
Whether a U.G student or a P.G student, mostly we all are busy completing the treatment procedure and the specified clinical quota.
But, now I have understood the importance of documenting clinical cases and will definitely start taking clinical photos.
11:11 : This is a very good message for all the experienced Dentists.
I have personally observed a lot of seniors, with perfect handwork but they rarely share their clinical cases with students.
I have always been a very inquisitive student and I remember how I used to ask them about their cases everyday during the initial days of clinical rotation.
I always kept asking all my seniors so many questions about each case.
I feel that's how my learning improves.
Since, most of my learning doesn't really come from books ,rather it comes from how good I'm able to listen and observe.
The only teacher in our college who was very meticulous and kept teaching us through her own clinical cases and research work was our Oral Pathology teacher, and it's only because of her efforts that my interest never faded away in that particular subject.
Infact, I became more inclined towards research due to this very reason.
Case documentation is my take home message this time.
Thank you for taking out time out of your busy schedule to make such useful videos.
Heartfelt Appreciation for your efforts. 🙏
May the Almighty reward you immensely in greater multiples of what you've been doing for benefiting us all.
    Best Regards. 💐
    Stay blessed always.😇

I understand the busyness and hectic schedules. Sometimes you just want to get the case done so the patient could rest and go home after working so long on their mouth. But it’s worth it to document cases. Will apply it to my practice

Very crucial and important thing to be done but we often neglect it thinking next case se photo khuch lenge abhi kaam ka tention bhi hai, patient kya sochega, assistant not so smart for capturing photo, my phone camera is not good quality etc...
Thank you sir for educating & motivating us

Spot on. Just take the picture with whatever you can. Once you develop yhe habit, it’ll automatically be easier to take with a dedicated equipment.
You’re most welcome and thankyou for watching.
