I went once last summer and it was pretty tight in terms of security wise, middle of the day but I made it easily. Many people say the plant is comply impossible to get into but I just made my second trip less than 2 weeks ago in the dead of night, security is definitely lacking a lot now.

Don't take unnecessary risks when traversing the upper levels - one mistake and it's a long way down. Use the handrails when you can, and pay attention to the state of the catwalks.
