thanks a lot i loved your video and its helps me to understand human anatomy in a very easy way to understand the basic thing to know about body parts when doing anatomy and understand the way i should do while studying different kinds of human body parts
Thank you so much for sharing this video !! I was a bit stuck at sculpting so I’m going to try these methods out to get better. Also do you know where you got that clay material btw? It looks really good for sculpting. Thanks in advance.
Is there a good resource for 3d anatomy models with different kinds of average bodies with their bone structures and fat distribution rather than perfect 10 females and action hero males?
It's honestly annoying it's always models with zero body fat. Idk where to look for an average joe nude model. It might be impossible finding an anatomy model with x-ray view of an average body. It might be beneficial anyway for like a medical standpoint to see what a regular person looks like with some belly fat. You might just need to use Google images of regular clothed people and do some observational sculpting.
@@ReceiveMusic True. Maybe someone with the proper expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit will read this. I think they could make a good resource for serious artists and sculpters.
Good hints, just a headup ... those scans you are mentioning are heavily processed to the point they really cant be used as master studies. David is way of from original.
That splitscreen feature is a game changer! I wish i knew about that sooner!
Its such a useful feature! I use it all the time when sculpting
@@FlippedNormals Another "ugh" moment, realizing I missed such a great feature cuz of ZBrush's "peculiar" ui
Those were really neat. I always appreciate examples of how to approach studies. Thank you

Thank you for the new video. How did you create a shortcut for the split-screen feature?
Ah!... the drawing technique you are talking about for observation was called blind contour drawing...quite interesting to implement it for sculpture!
Its such a useful technique! I learnt it while life drawing
