Hello Mr.Craig.. Enjoyed the video .. Cooper Kits and Kilo brewing.. Cheers'🍻.. Hope you are doing well. "What's become of this world".? That's why we have 20% beer to try to forget about the mess going on.. Sometimes we drink to remember most times we drink to forget..🤣 I have to make it to your Friday night cast as they are always full of good music a bit of commentary and good people to chat with... Stay Safe!
Been a long time since i watched a video of yours. You helped get me into brewing and i loved it. I'm not doing it anymore as it was consuming too much of my time, but still enjoy drinking it and watching others on YT. Cheers and hope you are doing well.
Thank you for the review Craig. I am glad you did like the beer. I also feel it is quite smooth and well balanced. And will soon brew it again. 17 and take care, and regards to you and your family.
Hey Craig, longtime viewer here, formerly Beer & Life & Death. I'm a big fan of the relics we collect over the years, mostly brewing related, and I have quite a few of my own. I'd love to hear you talk about a few of the things that have either been sent to you over the years or that you've collected as a result of being a homebrewer. Cheers!
I remember the days of yesteryear when I'd get the weekly notification, while at work, that you'd just published another Wednesday video and could hardly wait to get home and watch it that evening. I know that time has passed though, and I totally get it. But man, do I ever miss those days. Cheers, Craig.
It’s been way long. I miss Friday nights.. been so busy camping with wife and kids there’s been little to no service. Sept will be back again. I miss everyone and see you soon Great video looks like a superb beer
Thanks Craig for a great update and review of the black rocket fuel, I think that I'll be doing some Cooper's kits which I like but the yeast could be hit & miss dependant on the temp' so I'm glad that you've confirmed as I've heard recently that they've improved their yeast. It's really great to see you and that you are doing well. Take care and all the best. Stevie
Thanks for the vid Craig. Was wondering where you were staying. Manitoba guy here...love the Canadian content. Yes, the world has gone completely crazy lol. I also follow you on Rumble. No question, but gotta say I appreciate following you. Take care .
Loved brewing since I was 12....I'm 53 now....from bribing the diner ladies at school for more food with fine wines to drinking vodka right out the 'still'...alcohol is great.
20% is damn impressive. I don't think I've had anything higher than 9% in beer before. Nice hearing from you on here. I should try your rumble as I know we think alike on many subjects.
Hi Craig, where ever you are in the universe, after soo many years I just wanna say thank you. We all have to go some day, but I'm sure, Valhalla has a clean counter with many beers to chose from, without the 72 virgins, who demanding some things, a dead man can't provide others, than drinking the blood of corn. lol ....
Hi Craig, I just wanted to let you know my saves U5 yeast. I poured it out of the fermenter into a mason jar. 2 months later I made a yeast starter with my saved yeast. It is working as we speak in a coopers IPA. You can keep it for a long time. Thanks Terry
Oh btw, I brewed a barley wine last year. I call it, cryptid creeper. Finished at 13.9 abv. Would have loved to crack one open with you brother. Again, cheers
just used this yeast in an Australian Pale Ale. I got the yeast and the recipe kit from Northern Brewer. currently it is conditioning in the keg but looking foreward to trying it in about a week and a half. Really surprised he was able to get this beer to 20%! White Labs has this yeast performing up to 10%. Love the term Barley Liqueur, might use this for the next Barleywine I whip up. Looks ad sounds delicious and thank you for another wonderful video. Cheers Craig!
Great update but that is a full beer session in one glass 😱. A fifth down the glass and you are a pint in 🤣. Nice keg tip after two pints 🤣. Nice subtle pitch for the speakers 🤣. Ask, how pissed did you feel at this point through the 20% beer (about half way) and how long was the actual time? I've tried the rumble channel before but couldn't find anything but I will try again, and the twixt will be separate as they should be 😎. After half an hour on loopy juice you looked a little worse for wear, hope the hangover was worth it, or you had a long enough drink out 😉. Stay safe and well, ICAN(ish), cheers, Schnuz.
Do you plan on doing any more content on Rumble Craig? I enjoyed the other 2 videos you posted there and enjoy listening to your opinions on current events. Thanks for taking the time to post this video Craig and stay healthy and drink beers. 17 my friend!!!!
Hi Craig nice to see you back on here. I’m from the UK 🇬🇧 and I’ve been following you for about 3 years and I’ve never seen you do a review on your own Beers or wine, will you do one in the future as I’m intrigued to how your brews turn our. Cheers keith 🍺🍺🍺
Hey Craig. If you could make your perfect extract brew kit, what would it be? Long time viewer from Australia, love your videos. Hope you and the family are well.
Hey Craig. Have you ever tried growing your own hops, to add some kick to your beer? I would love to try myself, but not sure of the success I would have here in the UK. Whats your thoughts on this, and do you have a fave hop/beer combo?
Hi craig have you come accross a product called Harris Pure Brew, its supposed to be something you add before pitching the yeast to rapidly remove chlorine and chloromaine without adding a campden tablet a day before. it claims that it can stop yeast producing phenols that give the home brew twang. I usally notice more on lagers why I usually brew dark beers
Hi Craig! I've been following you since 2019. Since I've made a few hundred brews. Including many kit beers. I've found kit beers don't turn out quite as well. So I've started all grain brewing. It's a million times better tasting then my kit brews. What do you do to get better tasting kit brews
I've been having trouble with how to carbonate in a keg...I usually do a 25/30/25 psi. It seems like it's too much, lot of people get mad I try to do it in three days cuz they say forcing it like that u won't get good carbonation....any suggestions or any tips?
Well unless you are in a rush I'd just hook the gas up and leave at 10-12 psi. If you have the ability to cold crash before kegging it will be so much quicker to absorb the CO2. Hope that helps somewhat.👍🍺
It's been far to long Craig, good to see you.
Only started home brewing recently but this channel is such a great resource. Thank you Craig
Lol the beer sound was better all is good cheers mate love your shows.

Hey Craig. Have you ever tried growing your own hops, to add some kick to your beer? I would love to try myself, but not sure of the success I would have here in the UK.
Whats your thoughts on this, and do you have a fave hop/beer combo?
Absolutely possible to grow your own hops in the UK.
Once established they grow like weeds.
Just be aware tho they are poisonous to dogs.
