Shakshuka | Eggs in Tomato Sauce| Middle Eastern Eggs Recipe

Shakshuka is a popular Middle Eastern dish of eggs poached in deliciously tangy tomato sauce. It is extremely simple to make, and is perfect for a quick breakfast. Generally accompanied by pita bread/khubs, it can be relished by itself as well! Do try it out and let me know how you like it.
Ingredients:
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsps chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
6 eggs
fresh herbs (I have used coriander leaves/cilantro) for garnish
