Why you take it to someone when you know how to put it together and weld . Maybe you should balance but I’ve done without balance and it was perfect no problem
A driveshaft professionally welded and balanced is around $600 a transmission rebuild is about $3000 that's enough of a reason. Not to mention anything spinning rpms should be balanced

You can by a longer yoke all day on the big 3 internet stores
Change the u joint on slip yoke side you're done
You showed you measuring but never showed if you measure from the center of the ujoint cap to other end ujointcap to get your measurement?
Center of the cap on the yoke to the center of the cap on the pinion yoke. Thanks for watching!

Turbo 350 and powerglide different slip yoke? Summit says power glide and turbo 350 work the same.
