@@stealy3992 yes ik but alot of people are going in the indie deep end this year because i see alot of people wearing alot of indie stuff like hair, clothes, and songs i see it on media maybe they want to look cute or something idk maybe the trend
It's actually kind of funny how I discovered Colony House. I was at my root canal appointment, (which I was not looking forward to at all!) and the nurse lady, or assistant asked if I wanted a magazine, and of course I said yes. So as I was flipping through the pages, and I seen the heading "Awesome band, with awesome tunes!" so I was like "oh okay, i'll look into them when I get home". So I did and now i'm forever thankful for that root canal appointment. I have a tooth that no longer hurts AND I have a new favorite band. My fave's by them is "Silhouettes"and "Keep on Keeping on".
Lol, same here I found out about them in a magazine in September, they're one of the most underrated bands. They deserve better

Every song they make doesn’t sound like it was done because it’s work. It just sounds like people getting together and having fun with eachother, and every time I listen to one of their songs I can feel that. I really hope they hit big, the vibe of their music is amazing, i feel lighter whenever I listen to them ☺️
I was visiting San Francisco during spring break with my mom, and we were just so heartbroken about how all the businesses and shops my mom used love going to back in the day were now closed due to coronavirus and just people leaving the Bay in general. seeing all this kind of made us feel down, but we continued just going around the city until we got to a mall on 24th Mission St. we went inside some DSW, some type of shoe store, and this song was playing and instantly lifted my mood up! I danced in public (which I usually don’t, so you know how much of a banger this song is). thank you for lifting my mood up that day and for creating a pretty good memory!
This album holds a special place in my heart. I was listening to it while I unpacked my things at university nearly 5 years ago. This album has a lot to do with handling change and grief, and getting out of your comfort zone to live life to the fullest. Now I'm in my last semester and it's never been more relevant. Thank you, Colony House, for this album!
