A lot of people don't know this, but there are people who are literally unable to visualize or think with images (called Aphantasia.) It can be extremely discouraging for a meditation newbie like me who just wants to feel calm and peace but every guru wants me to envision a "bright light" in every single audio it seems. BUT this is one of the visualization meditations I've found (I've only found two out of like a million) that actually suggests an alternative which was to imagine vibration instead of a light. It might sound simple but I've never thought to do that before and found this effective. Thank you for considering this sensory idea in place of the light (because the light just makes me angry because I can't "see" it!!)

I miss the music. Music has so much power in meditations. It can really transport you. I also try to use nice aromas when meditating such as incense, palo santo, candles and natural fragrances. For me, they make a big difference, but I can understand that silence is preferred by others. Nice meditation anyway. Thanks for sharing
I love music, and I specifically don’t offer music in my meditation guidance because from a yogic point of view, withdrawing our senses from noise, scents, sight, etc. facilitates a deeper state of remembrance of who we are. It might not feel comfortable at first to be with silence, but I’ve found it can be very transformative with practice. 🙏🏻
this was such a calm, peaceful, grounding, and revitalizing meditation. i did this on the first morning of my vacation and i am so glad i am setting my precedent for the day right. i will definitely be back!
I really love the meditation very good. I don't know if you have ever done meditations with nice light music in the background or if maybe you are against that because I usually put my headphones in and dive into my meditation no matter if my son or dogs are being loud and I personally prefer the background music as to not get distracted, I know its suggested to be in a quiet place but whenever I feel that I need a meditation I just do it, instead of putting it off due to outside entities. I absolutely loved the meditation your voice and tone and of course what you said was absolutely perfect! And I'm sure there might be others that prefer no music but maybe try both with and without. Thank you so much I feel great you are amazing!

That’s a great question, and you’re not alone. Bringing your attention to the spot and just noticing it can be a way to do this. If it helps to think about moving that part, but staying still, you might try that, too. Or, do you happen to think well in words? If so, try just saying mentally the word “energy.”
I really enjoyed the meditation. I'm trying to meditate on my way to school in the train and it can be so hard to focus. I wandered off in my mind quite a lot but i'm gonna keep trying :)
I have done work with a healer and an as he was sending energy to my feet, the top of ankle bones were, vibrating, tickling so yes I feel that where ever energy is sent it tickles for me also ♡

This was great! A little fast but still wonderful. I completely lost sense of my surroundings or that i was anywhere other than my mind and I thought that was interesting. It was surprising to open my eyes haha

I found this meditation to be too fast. Before I got to focus on one body part I was asked to move to the next one. I had to stop as it was making my mind busy.

Focusing on a noise like a fan does absolute WONDERS!!! Simply start out taking a few deep breaths as you only listen to/focus on the fan noise ... even for a few seconds of your mind being truly clear IS PROGRESS!!! :) You WILL feel it; which is the entire point. You will build from there I KNOW IT!! ❤ Be PROUD of yourself for making the time 🎉❤🎉

Silence has been found to be more helpful to the brain than music, so that’s why my meditations don’t include music.
