The author does like to from scratch, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxbnOKZBE4evMO5V2vroHeCjq6d_MV6wJO shaping and trimming wood from large blocks into fine finished products. As another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us don’t have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we won’t be able to practise the full stack project, is still great.
Nice build Joey. I recon you actually did incredibly well to do it in just 3 days. I like the idea of the epoxy with longer open times for those complex glue ups....plus it's stronger....nice.
Absolutely Incredible! I'm binging on all your videos, one after the other. Wish I lived in NZ so I could own a piece of your furniture. I've never seen anything like it! I live in the US so I'm out of luck.
In the same time I've made some MDF shelves with timber lipping (and they're still not f.finished!) You are an ace! Nice job and thanks for the referral to Tim. Cheers, David
I really like you injecting your thoughts and comments throughout the building process and giving all of us that insight. As always, a great piece mate.
3 full days to build this ? My wife is waiting for the book case I started a month ago , that’s probably the difference between a chef and a master woodworker! Another amazing job mate well done bro
Fantastic job... so satisfied to see you do it in just 3 days... your accuracy is impeccable and your work is so clean and tidy... That's an awesome design... I got a bit curious rather anxious about it load bearing capacity especially at those joints, given the fact of its own weight... I'm sure you did your math... 👌
Joey, that looks great, your joinery looked very good to me especially going from a instagram concept. Beautiful table and in a short time to build, very nice. Thanks for sharing!
and if your jointer is in the slightest out of wack, it will show on a board that long. That reminds me, i need to setup my jointer :P. Beautiful video mate!
Beautiful work Joey - looking at it all put together, I had the idea that in the future if you needed to, you could put a little shelf in between the legs and the table surface to put stuff on if you wanted to.
Joey that is a very beautiful dining set and very complex joinery . It will look great in your new house. Great videos. I have watched all you have offered, fantastic Joinery .
I haven't read through all the comments but as I'm watching, I noticed, for the center after the drawing, on the bandsaw, the first time he cut the wrong pieces first, then he tapped then back to cut the ones he should have cut first, but then on the second piece, he cut the right pieces out first, then to still tape those pieces back on.. Just an observation.. Your awesome man
Hello, you did an amazing work! Can you share How long did it take to make the whole table, and how long it took each step? I need it for a project in my school. we arenot actually doing the table bit we need the theorical process. Thank you!
Stunning work. I personally love the joinery. What router bit did you use to cut the circular table top ? I tried it once and had a lot of burning. The bit was struggling even with very shallow passes.
Great job! It's nice to see how efficient and fast you are. It's amazing you only took 3 days to build that table.

Piece of art you made and I really like your work bench. That purple heart accents it so very well.
What a fabulous build . . . great video detail, one of your best videos.
That's a showstopping table! I really love the finish you used, too.
Awesome table. Good work as always.
Beautiful table! I like that you kept track of the time it took to build. Cool use of the domino to make the slots to allow for the wood movement.
Great design and great video.
Nice work Joey - a really good example of modern day furniture making

Awesome table mate! You edge jointed the boards using a hand plane...any reason you didn't do it on the jointer?
+Robin Lewis i did actually rough them on the jointer. Hand plane gives a much better finish tho.
and if your jointer is in the slightest out of wack, it will show on a board that long. That reminds me, i need to setup my jointer :P. Beautiful video mate!

Magnificent your work congratulations! What wood you used to construct this table?
It's certainly beer-o-clock while watching too! Cheers
+Michael Harris that's the way!
Beautiful. The “ring” seems redundant; yet I understand the need to let the top expand / contract.
Amazing!
excelente!!! siguiendo tus trabajos desde venezuela.
Well done it's very beautiful
Stunning work. I personally love the joinery. What router bit did you use to cut the circular table top ? I tried it once and had a lot of burning. The bit was struggling even with very shallow passes.
+Sanjay Sami thanks. I used a 12mm down cut was a bit grabie but worked pretty well
One tip is to create the circle a 1/16th oversized the bring in the jig for the final pass.
Sanjay Sami
