They do have credit system, it is on their phones. Ppl with higher score dont have to wait in line for coffee or groceries. ppl with lower scores have to bow to ppl w/ high scores. You can buy scores too. LOL
as you say in previous videos - it's a cultural difference - east are more direct and in your face about what they are doing, the west are doing the same thing and disguise it. I don't think you can deny that both ends are trying to have some control/influence of the population.
