Well, the British had given us a law called "the seditious law" while we were a colony. That law is still with us for our government to charge people for commiting seditious speech. Now what is considered "seditious"? That would depend on the interpretation of the government at the time. Personally, I think it's down to the responsibility of the parents. Before giving their child a smartphone, they should look into the consequences of social media and what can happen. I don't think children should have social media from such a young age.
