Just a heads up, seems like loosing pressure after initial squeeze could be an air leak in line or porportioner. Take porportioner out of equation, go straight from water to pump, if it solves your problem, you know there is an issue with your porportioner. Had an issue with one of my batch buster valves. Went through a few pumps due to cycling before i figured it out.
Bad idea to mix electrical components with pressurized liquid. Just saying, not a good idea.
