Great to see the new motors with belt drives, quieter and more efficient 🙂 This may address one of the three biggest failings I see on scale tanks , the ability to have fine motor control and a speed slow enough to look scale 🙂 (the other two are main gun shake when driving & recoil speed)
I wondered when you guys were going to move over to brushless - Low KV outrunners have been commonplace for at least 5 years and available for over 10 years. Nice silent operation with the belts too, which won't clash with the audio/speakers/tank noises!
Nice to see you almost catch up. Brushless far better than the old brushed systems and have been in common use in planes for nearly 20 years. I use them in my scratch builds, but go one better. I have a single motor driving a differential with brakes on the output shafts like the real thing did. One less motor and speed controller and more scale in function without electronic trickery.
I dont miss that drive way to the tip lol. I was always fascinated by what you were up to all those times i was in and out tipping the truck. Nice work.

Great to see the innovation :)
love that your going the BLDC motor route. I use similar sized motors (63100 190kv) for my 45lb combat robot and man are they torquey.
At first look I thought you missed to add the motors… Amazing to see what these two small motors can do!

Specs of the tracks motors please: power, voltage, Amp consumption
Don't know, the old system seems more reliable with the built-in gears, those belts gonna wear off much sooner
fantastic step! so now a “gear change “ should be possible! (with a bit of software ) but the whole look is very immpressive
I don't know anything about electrical stuff, so I was impressed that Armortek incorporated industrial products!
電気関係に無知なので、産業製品をArmortekが取り入れたことに感動!
Looks and sounds fantastic!
What kind of batteries do you use for your tanks? Big Li-po? Li-ion?
that's very cool, one day ill get one of these!!

Shame we can't upgrade from the old system
Wdym, you can simply replace it with the new one
😎 Quality as usual ,one day guys it will be mine.
How much weight does that actually cut off the model. Imagining a few kg
Insignificant, the tank weighs a lot already
that is so clean and uncluttered
Runs great!
