Which Character Class Should You Pick In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? (Beginner's Guide)

- As we’ve come to expect from the Borderlands team, the franchise’s first major spin-off is an exciting tonal deviation for the long-running looter shooter. Swapping out grungy sci-fi for a slightly warped interpretation of classic fantasy tropes, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a Dungeons and Dragons inspired adventure where Tiny Tina herself dictates your epic adventure to defeat the very evil (and equally charismatic) Dragon Lord.
Wonderlands adds a ton of cool new stuff on top of the existing Borderlands formula, such as spells and melee weapons, but its biggest change from previous incarnations is the introduction of more traditional RPG classes for players to pick. There are 6 classes to choose from in Wonderlands, with each one offering a completely unique selection of active skills and passive buffs. With so much choice on offer, you might be stuck trying to decide which class is best for you.
Well never fear, weary Fatemaker. We here at Rock Paper Shotgun are here to advise you on which class you should pick before embarking on your quest through Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. I’m going to give you a rundown of each class, highlighting what makes them unique as well as what type of players will enjoy using them. I’ll also go into detail about what secondary class you should pick, as one of the best parts about Wonderlands is discovering really fun combos that will transform your character into an unstoppable force of pure destruction.
These are the best classes in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

Thanks for this video!
I've been really enjoying the Graveborn class.
The companion is hilarious to have around and blood sacrifice dark magic is very satisfying to use.
The skill animation is sick!!
This game is addicting and puts me in a good mood:)
In my opinion a good way to deal with the grave born problem with Hp is to set the secondary class to spore warden and invest in the companion upgrades and ability damage with also the mushroom revive ability make the game much easier in my opinion
Kool info bro👍👍👍.
Great guide very concise but ton of quality and knowledge for each. Thanks so much for the upload.
Going to be getting this as soon as I'm done with Elden Ring (I know I should have completed it by now, but I just get lost in exploration and helping friends who are much earlier in their playthroughs, but I'm going to complete it this week👍).
Love the Borderlands games and even though people have all sorts of gripes with BL3, the gameplay and DLC stories were so much better than the vanilla campaign, and the range of weapons was incredible. I used all 4 characters (Zane much less than the others) and I fully anticipate trying all of the classes in Wonderlands as well 👍
I’m sorta on the same boat. Already beat elden ring and I’m dying to get into this but I’m helping friends and also want to try other builds in elden ring.
@@EtherealFissure yeah I'm not afraid to say that ER well and truly has me hooked. I can't wait to play Wonderlands though when I'm done with ER
@@EtherealFissure saying that though, I feel like even once I've completed ER a couple of times and then moved on to Wonderlands, I'm probably still going to get back on ER and do a different build playthrough haha
Who's going for spore warden
Skeep for Skag + Sheep :D
Thanks
Clawbringer tree is all over the place? What? Its a build that spread fire and lightning everywhere. The scaling sucks on it but in endgame Clawbringer bring a lot to multi class. Also I've maxed 4 characters out and Claw was the most to level.
clawbringer is all over the place. He isn't the only one saying it either. Pretty much every class guide video.
@@nightseeker226 It's not. You may not like the tree but it synergysis with itself. As I said above, it about spreading DOTs everywhere. There's been a few content creators that said they heard bad things and just "assumed" it was bad without giving it a shot.
Is it the worst? Yes.
Can you get it thru endgame? Yes
Is the tree "all over the place" No.
One look at the tree shows you that.
It lacks internal consistency and better serves as a flavor pick for aiding other classes. It wants to have a high ward, for Action Skill Cooldown Reduction and it has what is basically a form of Grit where if you get knocked, you come back up. You wanna do Fire damage or Lighting, it has paths for that, it has increased gun damage and increased companion damage.
To be quite honest, it feels like a DND4e Character Class rather than a class that fits in Wonderlands. Does it have perks? Yeah, but that doesn't mean that it isn't a bit of a generic and unfocused supporting role. Like, Blightcaller/Clawbringer would be good, but that still uses Claw as a multiclass and doesn't use it for the benefits it gains as a class of it's own, just taking some of the perks to support your great Blightcaller Perks.
just pick up TTWL,but? being a Borderlands OG09 player gonna be playing
stuff/💩 a little differently
👍great video
Thanks. This game's on my list, but god knows when I'll get around to it. Good to know what to avoid though.
each class feels much more well rounded this time though, especially if youre playing with friends. definitely better ones than other but all can be viable
just dont do a nightcatarts and be an idiot basically
This review was good untill the end. The Clawbringer combined with the Spore Warder is OP as hell. Shouldn't make a class sound bad just because it didn't work for you.
He didnt say anything about it being OP or not. Its just clawbringer skills are bit dull and not bringing anything new on the table thats what he said.
@@votedada but that's all the characters. Stabbomancer is a Flak clone. What does Spore Warden do "new"? Only one that's really new is Graveborn. Literally all the other characters have skill in other BL games
good thing clawbringer just got a crazy buff
@@brycelol6819 is it crazy level buff? :o
@@votedada Increased the damage radius of Cleansing Flame's melee damage
Removed the cooldown on the Storm Smite skill
Increased Storm Smite's damage as it scales with higher levels by 50%
Improved targeting for Storm Smite
Removed Storm Smite's delay between the puddle and lightning bolt spawning
Why specifically Thor the dark world?
The worst Thor movie
My comco was grave born and berzerker
Best build
“It has a VERY visible a**” 😂😂😂
Spellshot with second in graveborn is the best in my opinion. I destroy whole areas of enemies is just seconds. The best build I had.
I picked an started the other day as graveborn was thinking about going into spellshot as my second
It’s a really good build. I started as a spell shot and second in graveborn. It worked really well. I beat the game in a day with that and the chaos chamber I struggle very little with alone. Even on hard.
@@QuiteBoss. Nice i guess its just crazy with all the spell power etc. Im taking my time as im playing with a friend but i might make another character that ill play solo. He is spore warden so trying gt him a good multi too
Spore warden is suppose really well with berserker.
Do you have a link to the build?
Using the spore warden
Good game to play while I wait for elden ring dlcs
Funny enough I disagree i like the clawbringer, got that class and graveborn creating the gloombringer
I guess I’ll have to start over…I choose the claw thing and it’s pretty boring solo
This might be a cool video to watch after I find which is the best right now I need a simple answer not a 12 minute video
Yay me starting as the two worst classes
Best class for someone that has never played an FPS or an RPG class game? Total noob basically
I think the spellshot would be your best bet!
2 classes arent in this wtf???¿¿¿
Awful video. Says he is going to talk about the top classes, but talks about ALL of them.
