Making Dry Roach Chow

Just making some roach chow- although I won’t give up our recipe, I will give you pointers on what you can use and what you should avoid

I make my chow at about 23% protein

Why isn't it ok to put cat food in the chow? I heard dog food is not good but not cat. Please explain?

Probably because of the meat content. Can be very high in protein, which isn't always good for the animals the roaches will be fed to. The roaches don't really care.
