Excellent summary! I would like to add that I have recently found another method of "charging" our negative electrons. Grounding has been even MORE effective than sunlight for blood flow, as demonstrated in lab experiments where red blood cells flow GREATLY INCREASES after grounding. Also the best anti inflammatory i have found, even improvements over Keto/Carnivore Diet! I sleep with a silver threaded sheet connected to my electrical outlets ground prong. THEN I discovered a FULL BODY, FAST RECHARGE method of grounding by swimming in the Ocean! Salt water is a Super Conductor to the Earth's crusts' Infinite supply of negative electrons!

Put copper on the bottom of your shoes, with a copper wire from the plug to the sole of your foot. Or, put it right through your shoe soles, touching the bottom of your feet.
You can actually buy grounded shoes.

    • @CarolBlaneyPhD

@@kathleennorton6108 hi I bought grounding shoes and it works but only a bit. There is an order of magnitude reduced effect compared to going barefoot, according to my voltmeter testing. anyone else find this? Still, worth it, as it at least allows some electrons to flow. As a chemical engineer and product designer I wish I could design a shoe with highly conductive materials, perhaps a woven copper fabric that touches your entire foot surface, and perhaps a way to regularly clean surfaces so as to allow current flow be maximized.

This is amazing information, it goes hand in hand with the "new" theory that the heart does not pump the blood but instead it's a process of moving the blood by negative and positive ions.

    Thanks Elliott. Very interesting.
It all just drives home to me how utterly awesomely designed we are. There is absolutely no way this all could have come about by chance! So many of us take our bodies for granted without ever considering the complexities of every process, function & cell. It’s just mind-blowing. As Proverbs 139:14 states, ‘I praise you because in an awe-inspiring way I am wonderfully made’.
Things may go wrong in our bodies at times, however that is not the fault of the designer, but is down to toxic contaminants, nutritional deficiencies, relentless stressors & gene-altering substances from the constant human meddling of our food & environment. There is always a limit to the amount the body can cope with.

I have in the past researched all the Doctors, and their work, you mention here, But I researched them all separately. But I really like the way you Linked it all together, put all the different pieces of the puzzle together, to see how it all works together. Well done!!!! I had to learn all this Plus Much more as my health depended on it. I sleep grounded for the last 4 years, I eat Organic foods and sulfur based cruciferous based veggis, Large salads, moderate pastured grass fed, grass finished Meats/ protein 3-6 ounces per meal no more no less, and eat Healthy Keto and do Intermittent Fasting, on a Fasting/Eating cycle of 20/4 in a 24 hour day, Two meals a day Zero snacks, as this is about reducing the number of Insulin spike a day and reducing them to Mild insulin spikes a well. Both meals are nutritionally dense this is vital. Only nutrition is eaten or drank. I use the Dr. Berg Healthy Keto and Intermittent Fasting method. One hour walks in the sun with tank top and shorts, during summer, winter i use a NIR sauna, this sauna is great for Detox metals, 3 times a week during summer, and 4 time a week during winter. When I take lots of MSM (3g+) my capillaries really open up so my extremities stay nice and warm. I don't feel the winter cold nearly as much and I'm all warmed up, head to toe, within a minute of coming inside. Example: yesterday I worked outside under cloud in 3C winds, plunging my bare hands into 3C water every 4-5 min for over an hour and they didn't bother me. Even though they were cold they did not get stiff, numb or ache. They rapidly warmed up after drying off and my fingers were chubby with extra blood flow the whole time. The difference MSM makes is dramatic and is noticeable the same day with one dose.

So do you think too much sulfate will reduce copper so much so as to reduce the lysyl oxidase enzyme so much that it cause atherosclerosis?

Not necessarily. I tried that years ago with not much success. It was either too large a dose or, more likely as indicated by research like this vid, it wasn't able to be properly converted. I think conversion to sulfate was the issue, as some of the health concerns that developed after therapeutic use of MSM were indicating a high amount of sulfite or hydrogen sulfide, rather than the necessary and beneficial sulfate. So, be careful with MSM. Continue researching and know what your body in particular is doing or trying to do so you can choose what foods and compounds will help the right processes. ❣

I am glad you found it helpful. From a practical standpoint - grounding, plenty of sunlight exposure, and sufficient dietary sulfur and cholesterol is one thing. Ensuring adequate micronutrients - B6, molybdenum, zinc, etc - which can be derived from an animal based diet including shell fish, organ meats, and skin/collagen. I think that epsom salts baths are a GREAT way to increase sulfate, as the composition is magnesium sulfate.
There is also the toxic element which can screw with sulfation - glyphosate, metals etc. Grass-fed/organic produce is probably the safest way to minimise glyphosate exposure, along with a clean water supply/filtration system. In the case of chronic illness, a comprehensive plan to detoxify metals (for those exposed) may be necessary.

@@EONutrition this is an older post but watching the video today immediately reminded me of what I call the liquid "DMSO". I call it absorbable "tree sourced sulfur" and it is already used by many to successfully handle pain and swelling (water blockage in lymph areas). I also have used it succesfully to clear ascites after going through acute liver failure. I didn't know why I had gained 8 pounds almost overnight and looked like a water barrel in my midsection! I have used DMSO for 25 years for arthritis pain and swelling in joints so I automatically grabbed my wipes with DMSO and coated my whole midsection and then I "peed like a race horse" over the evening and by the next morning all was back to normal. Over the next weeks my liver support group sent info on things I might need to know and as soon as they touched on ascites I knew what it was AND now a very quick way to relieve it. I had to do it a few times over my liver recovery and have since helped others to use it for other ascites (one while IN the hospital). Even water build up around the lungs is helped by it saving someone repeated draining procedures during their endstage cancer. Not a cure but anytime you can cut out a ER visit and treatment like that not to mention the sense of drowning it causes! Aiee! She was so grateful. I do enjoy your videos thank you so much.

(as you do point out) Just two questions if you don't mind. Can you speak to the ingesting of inorganic sulfate as a means to directly increasing the end product of sulfate in our system? ie. food or supplement sources, practicality, and efficacy of conversion ? 2nd question....ability to point me in the direction of a reliable authority of someone who has parsed the data into a consumable layman friendly info source. I am asking for myself as regards to debilitating sibo. As you I'm sure aware, this syndrome is no joke and is literally eating my lunch. Pun intended. Thanks so much. • @dst30528
      @dst30528 2 роки тому +1

@@suzieclary3328 Once gut or digestion is compromised, you will have toxic byproducts from the gut that cause negative reactions from food, hence the need to follow a more strict diet. Vagal nerve will be inflammed and lymph blocked due to these toxins. (Those toxins can go back and deplete thiamine due to poor sugar metabolism and ethanol). In brain disorders related to vagal dysfunction, brain lymph is blocked and pineal gland is calcified and so unable to synthesize sulfate from the sun. A healthier person would need extra sulfate the way someone with a brain disorder does. Vagal stimulation can help restore vagal tone after it has been compromised due to toxins and inflammation. Theoretically this might reduce the need for extra sulfate.

Can imagine using fibrinolytic enzymes if you haven't addressed sulfuration to be detrimental as there would just be more production of fibrin due to glycosaminoglycans and other extracellular matrix components not being properly regulated. Lots of interactions that a lot of people don't consider such as myself when they take certain supplements. Would be interested on your thoughts on the risks with fibrinolytic enzymes without functional transsulfuration pathways and a work around

This may be part of the reason why Epsom salt works (magnesium sulfate). We think it’s just the magnesium but the sulfate effect on the charge of blood could be significant too.

    Very good review. Thank you.
It’s been my clinical observation and personal experience that the cost/benefit of diets heavy in meat exceed that of a plant-based eating plan. Plant-based eating renders many additional benefits beyond nutritional bioavailability, notably the positioning of insoluble plant fibers into the colon. By so nurturing a “garden variety” enterotype, the host benefits from the abundant metabolic byproducts of acetate, butyrate and propionate. The is also mounting clinical evidence that the animal-derived fats carry a high toxic loading, including aggregated glysophates, xenoestrogens and other environmental poisons. Just some “thought for food” as we move forward in health. I will be looking for more greatness from your channel. Thanks again for the nice work!

Studies have found those with the most fiber had the most gut issues. The gut microbes can create abundant metabolic byproducts from animal foods (e.g., collagen). And cows break down compounds like glyphosate.

Great job! When I was dumping large amounts of oxalates I was craving lots of cysteine rich foods like eggs. One question: do you think the sulphate from epsom salt baths can be absorbed in any reasonable amounts? I remember a study suggesting it can raise blood sulphate. My current practical application is to soak in some epsom salts before going to the beach

I think I'm going through oxalate dumping myself and I'm also eating lots of eggs - esp. the yolks. Dr Seneff recommends epsom salt baths.

Sure is ‘practical’ for me! I’m changing to carnivore- after decades of ‘kale smoothies’, dumping oxalates( yuk)!, So I take a calcium citrate with my food, once a day to modify the dumping symptoms….but I’m concerned that this calcium oxalate is binding any sulfur - which I need. Is that possible ?
Also I always gave the heart all the credit for moving blood ! Now I realize I’m BATTERY POWERED !
Now I’m really wondering about the 5G, the cells towers, and dirty electricity in my condo !

Poor understanding of physics you say ... It shows.
This theory describes a perpetuum mobile: a battery is charged by moving blood cells, which in turn are moved by the battery.
How do the sulfated cholesterol species ever disappear from the artery wall and end up on the blood cells again?
Where are the positive charges from all the sulfates?
What happens where the "vein side" connects up again to the "artery side"?
By saying the artery side is more negative than the vein side, do you imply that red blood cells are loaded with sulfated cholesterol species in the heart?
This "exclusion zone" is just an effect of laminar flow, it seems to me. What's so special about it?
Mechanism hasn't been explained AT ALL.

Have you ever lied even once, stolen anything, used God’s name in vain, looked with lust or worse sexual sins? Then you’re not a good person in God’s eyes and in danger of the judgement of God which will send you to hell (a terrible place of pain and sadness FOREVER & EVER & EVER & EVER….). Remember God is the Holiest such that one small lie will induce his severe wrath. Good news is Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead so that you may receive forgiveness of AALL YOUR SINS (No matter how bad or how many). But you aren’t forgiven unless you REPENT OF YOUR SINS & BELIEVE IN JESUS AS YOUR GOD (repentance means turning from sin and doing your absolute best not to do it again, also ask Jesus to rid you of addictions that you’re struggling to shake away-James 4:7). God has blessed us with Great food to eat (kings in the past don’t eat like we do today), shelter, freedoms, fun, medicine, pets to enjoy their company, friends, nice music to listen to and many more things to enjoy. Yet we don’t give him thanks, blaspheme his HOLY name etc God wants to give the free gift of eternal life (9999999999999999999999999… years of extreme happiness) but we need to humble ourselves and turn from our wicked way. Believe in Jesus (God wants to have a relationship with you-like a father and his children). Thanks for reading this message & let me know if you have any questions. ua-cam.com/video/xfLNcBeXKdY/v-deo.html
ReV 22: 12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the [f]Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
14 Blessed are those who [g]do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 [h]But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.
