I just tried this recipe. But i used a mixture of salsa sauce and red chilli as a paste for the potatoes instead . It turned out to be very good!!

I have worked with chef sanjeeev kapoor ...He is the best...Well all of my executive chef are always best...Hats off....Chef life is really good life.lot of respect..And the most important thing is u can make ur family happy and u will get money for the thing that u wanna do for fun....
@sanjeevkapoorkhazana, as said I tried it yesterday. It came out very well, hubby too liked it :-)
Instead of using red chilli paste, I used red chilli sauce. So colour was a bit brownish, but taste was superb!
As a kid (15 - 17 yrs ago) i remember watching those cooking shows by you and my mom used to make notes and try them out. But today living in the US I love trying your recipes and I think you made cooking fun. Love cooking. Thanks for all the recipes :)

Didn't understand what you were saying so was happy to see the ingredients in subtitles. Mind you, the food speaks for itself really! Came out really well though I usually use fresh apple juice instead of water and sugar. Thanks for the video :)

Being a renowned master chef, he should know that shoes are not allowed in kitchen. While cooking, if one wishes to wear slippers, then a separate slippers exclusively for kitchen should be used.
