Just got the whole bioshock collection for 10$ (i already played bioshock 1 though) I'm currently in the very beginning of two and I'm just watching videos on infinite to see what people think of it
Although it strayed from the originals and may be not quite as good as Bioshock 1. This game is still amazing and sets the scene so we'll. You 100% should play if you haven't.
One of my all time favourites. Great story, although complex at times. Here's a very good explanation though: ua-cam.com/video/olYx7HoBXeM/v-deo.html There are also a lot Easter eggs from Bioshock 1 (and 2) in the game, but they're easy to miss if you haven't played them.
I'm only watching this now but I do hope you rectified that huge gamer flaw and already played the masterpiece that Bioshock 1 is. Seeing Rapture for the first time is one of those experiences that you can only live once. Personally I didn't like infinite that much because it felt like a plain shooter and it didn't have the charm the first game had and that "survival horror" feel to it. Plus, the story was borderline incomprehensible by the end. But I'm glad you enjoyed it that much. It's a good and very pretty game for sure.
I hate to break your heart but i am waiting to play bioshock 1 D: Been really busy with other reviews but i totally see the generic shooter criticism because thats really what it is, but i do think it was done really well I will play Bioshock 1 Miguel :D
@@JacksGameReviews Haha. Fair enough mate. But do me a favour and play the remastered version when you get a chance. Dont watch or read anything about it and go as blindly as you can. You´ll have a fantastic time. :)
Well...Bioshock Infinite has a similar story like Kotor 1. Where it turns out, youre the main villain. So yea...the story is 11/10. I never expected that in both games.
this was the end of an era for me 98’s half life to 2012’s bioshock infinite. single player shooters during this era are my favorite genre of games other than platformers like mario sonic banjo or crash. i have no interest in most fps after call of duty changed the landscape.
@@JacksGameReviews I played part 1 and 2 not that long ago (for the 2nd time) and I have Infinite installed but I've been putting it off. I was watching this for inspiration to go ahead and beat it. I think I shall, I kind of like these old timey (but also good) graphics as well.
@@JacksGameReviews I recently played Bioshock and I loved the theme of it. A dark and creepy, 1920s, thriller game full of creepy enemies and huge twists. I loved this! But when I saw Infinite I was sceptical, the bright feeling put me off compared to the gritty and creepy ocean. However, you have raised some good points that to be fair I have reglected. First, Booker and Elizabeth, they are amazing as you feel engaged with their growth and crazy situations they are in, as well as the stellar voice acting! Second, the themes, while I love the gritty look of Rapture (and the Cryptic Andrew Ryan), Infinite doesn't need to be that. And that's what I have failed to realise, it doesn't need to be that. In fact the glorious nature if Colombia is actually off-putting, the pleasant people to the fancy buildings and the machines at their disposal is creepy. It leaves you unnerved similar to Rapture while being more covert. And finally, the gameplay, while I was sceptical as you have said appealing to a wider audience, the interactions with Elizabeth and the movement around the environment makes me realise that it looks fun. Especially Elizabeth helping out, it adds to the story and makes her feel more alive. Overall, yes I do believe it is worth it! You have helped me realise the potential of this game that I have put to the side. I love your work, keep it up!
I actually just got done playing this for the first time ever a couple of months ago. I love this game!
It’s heavily slept on! A terrific game :D
Man love your videos man keep it up
Thanks man :D
gameplay and gunplay are very good.
YES
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Was gonna like the video before you said you hate religion. I’m not even religious but that’s disrespectful.

Bye sheep
He has the right to have an opinion doofus. I dont think he really cares that he is missing 1 like anyway.
Lmao
Should you buy in 2021?
You should buy any year, this game is *Gold*
Couldn't agree more :D

Really looking forward to Bioshock 1! So far no one has had anything negative to say about it
@@JacksGameReviews Oh then I got a negative for you... You might cry 😂

The 3rd Friday the 13th was the pinnacle of the series and Season of the Witch was for the Halloween series-Infinite is for the Bioshock series.

This 1 was my fav
Bioshock infinite 🖤🖤
It's just a terrific game :D
Favorite game in the series, especially if you include the Burial at Sea DLC's that tie it into the Bioshock 1 story.
Nice video. I’ve been sitting on the bioshock collection I got from ps plus. Might have to give it a try. I only played the 1st.
No. Get Bioshock 1 instead. Then play 2 and Minerva's Den DLC. This game was mid imo
Bioshock devs listened and released rapture city sooooo
Gameplay isn't as good as the others for me but the narrative is incredible
Really looking forward to bioshock 1!
Not as good as 1 and 2
I like this better than the first 2.
This was the first bioshock i ever played, still my favorite

Im very sorry that you never found Christ, and live in the darkness. Ill pray for you.
It's still worth buying sure no question but it doesn't hold up to the original BioShock
About to start the original! Looking forward too it!
