    As a homeopathic user and believer for many years, i agree with your thoughts on adaptogens. Currently using Ashwahanda to help with stress, and to help me adapt,slow down a bit. To understand situations...taking about 300to600 mg. Have tried others, this works for me.✌️💗

    Is Black fungus (eaten in china/japan/korea) an adaptogen? I ask because when i went to china, i told them i had auto-immune and they gave me their BEST foods that they believed would help me

    How much ashwagandha extract should I take. I bought an 8oz bottle but it didn’t came with instructions about how much to take

      Thank you for checking in, unfortunately we are not qualified dosage advice, We always recommend consulting with a practitioner to help you determine which herbal applications will be best suited for your needs. I can tell you that a typical extract serving size will about 1ml or 30 drops (one dropper). I hope that helps!
