You are 100% right about how adaptogens are the number 1 plant group that we need today !!! I've tried (almost) every one you mentioned in the video, and they work !

Stinging nettles are my favorite....and they are commonly found weeds, which makes it even better!

As a homeopathic user and believer for many years, i agree with your thoughts on adaptogens. Currently using Ashwahanda to help with stress, and to help me adapt, slow down a bit. To understand situations...taking about 300to600 mg. Have tried others, this works for me.✌️💗

I have been reading about adaptogens but could not fully understand the mechanism of how they work but your simple but thorough explanation made it easier for me understand. Thank you so much.

Is Black fungus (eaten in china/japan/korea) an adaptogen? I ask because when i went to china, i told them i had auto-immune and they gave me their BEST foods that they believed would help me

Thank you for checking in, unfortunately we are not qualified dosage advice, We always recommend consulting with a practitioner to help you determine which herbal applications will be best suited for your needs. I can tell you that a typical extract serving size will about 1ml or 30 drops (one dropper). I hope that helps!
