@Diya Das Sarkar There are different reason of hard cake, may be the temperature is too high or it is baked for too long time. Or the ingredients used are not properly mixed or over beaten.
Always use right quantity as per your cake tin and bake at right temperature for few time and check it after sometime.

What temperature you use to bake ? And if you are putting your cake on grill tray then take small grill tray and should be on convection mode 180 degree only for 10 to 15 mins,
