I went to a birthday party last Saturday and I was that guy in the best shape in the room. Friends I haven’t seen in months were like “you look good”. Been listening to you guys and working hard since last December. Thanks for all you do.
Today is the day I started Phase 2 and I really needed this. I know what I need but it reset my mindset. Thank you, Andy. Keep up the fight! Lost 70lbs and onto the next 70!!!
My trainer, her boyfriend and, I are doing 75 hard together. I had lost about 30lbs before we started your program. I love the personal discipline that I have achieved since incorporating your program. Thank you.
My son is 19 years old he just went on a couple job. Interviews for fruit and pies and people are made in 19-year-old wore a shirt and tie to a job interview and I told my son you can’t judge a book by its cover but you can’t make an impact and will always help you in the long run, Andy and DJ I got him listening to your show and I think he starting to take some advice. Thank you for all that you guys are doing.
I feel like anyone who criticizes the program has to earn the right to do so by completing it themselves. IF they could do it I bet 99.99% wouldn’t talk $hit…I am on day 58 and going strong AF!
Thanks guys for standing up against this communist tyranny! I paid the fee to a point of ending friendships because they cannot differentiate between criticizing communism and the other end of the spectrum (especially here in germany) A flooded house isn't the solution to a fire within the house... btw: The new series really balances out the rest of the stuff. Keep it up guys! Much love from germany!
I've done the same. Someone has to do it. People ask Me why do You do this? My Answer: Because You are TOO COMFORTABLE AND YOU WON'T - BUT You Will One Day Be SORRY.
Question for the next show Andy, I’ve been in great physical condition for 5+ years now. ( I’m a competitive bodybuilder) I’ve been a strong listener to you for a while now implementing the power list, 75 hard, and daily rucks( 135 today)however I feel the most struggle in the game of actually making money. The physical part is actually easy for me but recently I feel as if it’s what’s holding me back from actually progressing my life. I can’t just lift weights and ruck all day long. Can you give some advice on not being consumed by fitness and having that same output to actual real life work? I run my own business but find myself struggling in business often. How can I work as hard as I have in the gym on my business?
I only have a few listeners for my podcast, but I have shouted Real AF out a couple times as you guys have helped me push myself. I figure if I can get even one person to listen to you, It may change a life positively
My dad, rest in peace, always said that when he started his business, he didn't care who his business plan was shared with because it's not about the plan, it's about the people executing it, and there just aren't enough people out there willing to give it all up to execute any plan for him to worry about protecting his.
Q&A are my fav ones.. personal excellence is the ultimate rebellion thanks for all your hard work in putting this together for FREE.. keep up the great fucken work 👏🏽👏🏽
Question: after completing 75 hard a few years ago I’ve been incorporating the habits into a lifestyle. I went from a career making $40,000 in a 9-5 job now making $300,000 as a solar sales consultant. About 80% of my business is self generated leads and we just got word our commission is doubling for self gens. Good news! However, in the same week my manager walked away from his position and the company is now coming to me to fill his position. The management position would be a significant pay cut initially but if I can get my team to perform and bring in self generated like I have I will be set. I need management skills in my tool belt but I am hesitant to give up the life I have worked so hard for. What advice do you have?
Grateful to find a podcast like this every video is on topic with what I think about. Been starting to feel some what alone because of everyone still thinking short term and not long term. I'm trying to grind early, have ideas about starting businesses, and wanting to build my life early so I can enjoy the fruits of my labor later on in life. I'm the only one to think like this not to mention me lately paying more attention to what's goin on around us nd now I'm feeling like a "conspiracy theorist" compared to them. It's hard talking about anything real when it gets laughed at by a person who follows everything they read or see on tv..😅 Look forward to seeing more and more podcast fellas, y'all are doing your thing keep going!!
As an former ACE cert personal trainer im surprised the 75 hard program isnt hated by all trainers. They are so egotistical and think their way is the only way😂
I believe the "confidence" comes from how typical training systems make people a brainless meat bag where 75 hard address fitness but other aspects of life as well.
What’s up Andy and DJ, my name is Nate I’m 18, a senior in HS. Ive been watching the show for 6 months and it’s helped me put everything together concerning the BS that is going on in our country at the moment as well as what the modern school system is feeding us. I need a senior quote by Friday. I love what you guys do and stand for and I figured I’d ask for a senior quote as one last fuck you to the school system
ARETE hands down been the best group of mentors I’ve ever been apart of. GAME changer for true entrepreneurs if you want to learn from guys that actually built real businesses
Andy, in regards to people copying you in areas outside of business. How do you handle these people who are “friends” but copy every single thing you do in your life? Do the same principles apply to relationships as they do in a business setting? Thanks
Andy and DJ, I’ve been listening to you guys for years. A couple months ago my wife told me she wanted to start 75 hard with me. I introduced her to episode 208 and she’s been listening to you guys since then. Yesterday she brought something very interesting to my attention that I didn’t realize was eating away at me. Andy, you seem to mention wood chippers a lot more than anyone either of us know. Is there something you’re not telling us? -Cody (100% not a narc)
75 hard has literally changed my life, saved my marriage because I was able to get out of my head, build solid habits, and gain self astern again. Thanks Andy it’s been incredible. By the way I’m with DJ candy corn is the worst candy on the planet.
Andy, as a high level performer who deals with and operates multiple 8 figure businesses, how do you find time to successfully balance your personal life with your wife? What do you do to keep that relationship healthy and happy?
I turned 30 back in June and I had to examine everything in my life. I've wasted the past decade pussyfooting around, wondering what im going to do with my life. Well I've found that my calling has always been gunsmithing. Im taking action by starting a course with SDI in November. Ive already had many people that im wasting my time and money with that. To them, i say piss in a hole and dive in it! Im going after my goals and nobody can stop me. I go back to what my mother taught me......don't put any thought into other's opinions about you, they don't know your story, that is still being written. Now that I've listened to episode 208 about the Live Hard program, i plan on starting the 75 Hard next Monday. This week is going to be a warm-up to break the 'rust' off. I've already written out a strict diet and workouts im going to stick to, no matter what.
My office mate informed me a few days ago that she was gonna do 75 hard after the holidays. She has noticed the difference in me mentally and physically. I asked her if she was ready to go hard. To which she replied "Not as hard as you are". I'm getting to the point now that I have more respect for people who just come right out and say "fuck no, that ain't for me". Those that just wanna half ass it irritate the shit out of me.
Speaking from a Trainers perspective I have used this program with 3 of my vetran clients to regain focos making good daily habits. A really good tool that others would be smart in applying. I've been at this for 32 of my 52 years. 75 hard is a great.tool
Fuck I needed this one today!! Came back from vacation with a plan to start my second round of 75Hard today. Got sick. The voice kept telling me it's OK your sick.. But my wife motivated me and got me into the gym. And I started playing this. Hit home!! Weakness is a mindset.
Question??? AF- I am working my way through 75 Hard, already have lost 30 lbs. After watching the Day in the Life and your dedication to rucking, I am wanting to take on a new challenge. I am looking for your advice around a starting ruck weight? Since only a few months ago, I was walking around carrying an additional 30 lbs. Would 30 lbs be the ideal weight I start with? Do you use the GORUCK plate carrier? Lastly, I would love to hear any pro tips when it comes to rucking? Here's to Personal Excellence. Stay awesome Andy!!! NT
Hey Andy, I have a question about time management. I am 20 years old, in the middle of changing career paths from filling pharmacy perscriptions to life insurance sales, because my current employer wasn't working with me trying to take on more responsibilities for money. Ontop of this, I'm working towards developing myself physically in the gym & at home. I'm picking up the guitar, with my lifetime goal to be a rockstar. I understand that I get out what I put into life. I'm worried that with my concerns for my fitness, and being able to afford food to fuel myself and keep a roof over my head. My question for Andy is this. Andy, is it ever okay to sacrifice time spent in one area of my life (like reading or working out) to pour more into a certain area of my life (making money and becoming a rockstar)? Is it never okay to sacrifice time spent on X for time spent on Y? I worry that with all my goals and dreams in life, if I try to pick all of them all at once, I won't get any. God Bless you for what all of you do at 1stPhorm. I'm thankful Tommy Vext shares the show, too. He ain't no hoe, and he is the guy I first heard about you from.
Thanks Andy and DJ! Love it all💯 As a member of Toastmasters International in Australia, I must admit I'm planning to use your quote.. Full throttle or no Champagne bottle as a title to a speech😊 not to say anything verbatim of what you said during your talk..just the title bro. I know you'll understand why..it's one the best quote ever and I'll be telling the audience it's yours😎💪
So Andy I am a dude 54 years old soon to be 55 I’m always trying to strive for personal excellence, but I feel that my personal excellence was definitely lacking especially after my folks divorced and my mom and myself and my brother moved into the reservation in South Dakota. don’t get me wrong I’m not blaming anybody not blaming my parents because I take full responsibility for lackluster performances, but now at this age I strive to be the best I can and of course at this age after years of motocross racing Martial arts when I was a youngster being in many accidents, This has all left me with the torn up Knees. So dude what I’m asking is what would your advice be to a guy who really probably should have dual knee replacements?
The 50 s hit us like a ton Of bricks brother ..I can tell you that we are only as good as we are today .. right .. so we take accountability for our position in life and we create a plan .. plant the seed..create the vision in which u see ur continual improvement.. I’m reaching out becuz I’m a similar age.. 53 soon.. if you look at my life from the outside u woukd think I have success.. but just like happiness .. success is fleeting..temporary and in the end ur just left with how you feel about yourself..( at the moment I feel like I have not even come close to accomplishing what I was supposed to in life)I was lucky enuf to be able to take a few years to slow the grind and reflect..but I probably could of used the time more wisely.. and perhaps allowed myself to much leash and been less than accountable for a more productive situation..I’m kicking around having to be accountable to someone other than myself.. sooner or later u get tired of ur bitch voice.. I think I’m there.. tired of the self doubt.. tired of living in a state of fear.. tired of excuses.. I used to think of myself as a 100 percentile man.. now I think of myself as a has been .. just like you I gotta get in my head and turn on the boss voice.. remember the bitch voice is the 7 year old kid that lives inside ur brain that’s scared of everything.. baby steps .. do something every day .. several things to improve ur state of mental wellbeing..you got this brother.. I’m right there with you.. little victories.. set the goal .. follow thru and do it again and again.. cheers
My brother recommended your podcast and we both did 75 hard together, he lost almost 20lbs and I lost 10🎉 it was hard af, but it teaches you actual mental toughness🙌🏻
i completed 75 hard in december 2019 and became a pro hockey player at 31 years old because of it in january 2020. 4 years later im still playing pro hockey doing live hard and have been sober, i live in kansas city missouri can i come on for 75 versus?
THIS. Someone was telling me 75 soft is a legitimate program. To me, 75 soft is basically what everyone should be doing anyway, everyday. If you’re not doing the bare minimum of 75 soft, you’re being a ninny. Unless someone has severe physical ailments, “75 soft” is basic fundamental health, and is NOT a mental challenge.
Andy, since I was about 13 I’ve been extremely independent, mainly due to losing my mom at that young age and my dad having to work full time to provide. This independence has been beneficial in business helping me with a no options mentality, since I was raised that way anyway. The problem I’m running into is wanting to have a relationship and let someone else into my life. I struggle with being supportive to a girl and letting her into my life since I’ve been alone and only worried about myself for so long. What advice do you have? I am 25.
Love your show, you keep it real af. Are you originally from St Louis? I grew up in Dutch town. Heard you call someone a Hoosier in one of these episodes and it made my day. My wife(from Texas) looks at me like I'm crazy when I call people hoosiers.
Does 75 hard work for women? I started watching about 2 months ago. I started a business that isn't doing well. So I've been listening to you for advice. I want my business to do well and I want to be better. Thank you for what you do it is inspirational.b
Thank you for your content. You are always on point. The world needs more people like you My question is in regards to your childrens books. I have a son with down syndrome and i am wondering if your books would be good for him. I love the message that you consistently deliver to always give it your all and that hard work will pay off. I will raise my son with high expectations as any other typical child. The reality in his situation is because of his disability he probably will not get first place, he wont always win. I see the titles of your books "Play to Win" and "Finish First." Does the message in your books focus on hardwork or is it that you have to be better than others. I want quality books that encourage my son but can be realtable for his situation.
Andy-how do you deal with anxiety despite all the discipline through 75hard? That program gives tools that are very helpful but what do you do in those moments where you feel anxious and maybe some loss of control to reset? I agree with not wanting to take SSRIs or meds. They numb reaction for sure but is there a phrase you say to yourself or something you routinely think about that helps you get through those moments?
For question number two, first thing popped into my head is Ed-Ucation" (featuring Eddie Griffin) on Cronin 2001 by Dr. Dre. Till this day, that is of the of the top ten rap albums.
Hey, don't disregard also the mental gym. I listen to one audiobook of about an hour every day. Today was Audiobook Blue Osean tomorrow it's The Art of Selling Your Business. Mental Gym is brutal. Sometimes it's me getting in the way 😅 Discipline will always win over intelligence, but they are better when both are used at the same time.
Hey REALAF fam, I’m 24 years old with 40k in savings. I’m wondering if buying property specifically for rentals is a good investment. Let me know what your thoughts on why it is or is not a good idea! Thanks Andy & DJ
The only thing that matters is what you want to do and what your truth is. There is no objective truth and your path can only be yours. Anyone that tells you otherwise is trying to capitalize off of you.
I’d like to start my own gym I have built a business plan I just don’t know how to secure financing or if that’s a good business decision some people say get the loan and I myself don’t know how to get investors or if that could flaw the vision I have had for the gym since I was 17 I’m 30 now and the members I can serve? I’d appreciate your comments on this!
I am a really consistent listener and have a pretty tight grasp on everything but sometimes you refer to people only by first name and I don't know if I have missed something or I'm just supposed to know but who or which Alex are you referring to? The only name that keeps popping in my head is Alex Jones but I don't think that his who you are speaking of.
Love you paisan. Please speak out for our brothers in Palestine currently being genocided, as they have been for decades, by the racial supramacists commonly referred to as the state of I$R@HELL. Peace guys.
Andy, In an effort to make my wedding REAL AF, my fiancé let me invite you and the Mrs. to our wedding in Alabama. Save the date for April, brother 😎 Hope you can come!

I love that!!!!

Same here, mine is 11 but has my permission despite the language; however the common sense makes up for it. For reals.

Good dad 👍

You don’t get this kind of content anywhere else. You don’t mesh words or speak jargon. Straight to the point and easy to resonate with. I love it
Copy that! No where else💯

Great show now people listen to podcast 208 or buy the book 75Hard Andy knows what is going on do not question him just FN listen!!!!!!!
Q: Andy, what are the top five books do you recommend people read while doing 75 hard or read in general. Much love, thank you!!
Does 75 hard work for women? I started watching about 2 months ago. I started a business that isn't doing well. So I've been listening to you for advice. I want my business to do well and I want to be better.
Thank you for what you do it is inspirational.b
Thank you for your content. You are always on point. The world needs more people like you
My question is in regards to your childrens books.
Fired up!!!! Let's Go!!!
Andy for president one day 🖤
Appreciate the update guys!
This dude is spittin bars rn 🔥
havent had one drink in almost 6 months because of that program. still go out too
Those that can't do, try to teach...
For question number two, first thing popped into my head is Ed-Ucation" (featuring Eddie Griffin) on Cronin 2001 by Dr. Dre. Till this day, that is of the of the top ten rap albums.
Thanks for the morning pep talk.👊🏻
ONE OF MY FAVORITE EPISODES
God bless you brothers 🙏
Hey, don't disregard also the mental gym. I listen to one audiobook of about an hour every day. Today was Audiobook Blue Osean tomorrow it's The Art of Selling Your Business. Mental Gym is brutal. Sometimes it's me getting in the way 😅 Discipline will always win over intelligence, but they are better when both are used at the same time.
Were those questions not good ones DJ?? I missed the “I’ve got some good ones for you.” Love the youtube content guys, keep it up!
I love you Andy F!! You are my idol
Amen brother!!
That’s some muthafu$kin 🔥 right there!!! BE YOU….NOT ME👊🏽💪🏼🇺🇸🎤

This is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 let’s go

Andy,
In an effort to make my wedding REAL AF, my fiancé let me invite you and the Mrs. to our wedding in Alabama. Save the date for April, brother 😎 Hope you can come!
Wait, your fiance let you? Does she need to approve of your guest list? Just concerned that's not a healthy way to start out.
@@karenkeck-chambers5111 she was actually all about it! You never know, he may show!
So I’ve tried finding jobs and do put all my energy in it but always end up being punched in the gut by these jobs.
Authenticity is scarce these days everyone is a chip in a computer program
Everyone STOP and Re Play the first 30 seconds of this video at least one more time and LISTEN very Carefully 😉
