These podcasts are changing my life. I'm 46, I own my own mechanic shop in Australia, I've been at it since 2020, I am one that's late to wake up but this is driving me to succeed. I workout every morning outside, dunk in the cold ocean (Tasmania is close to Antarctica) every day. My business and my health has flipped, I'm now more driven and I'm accountable. I get more done than ever before.

During last Monday’s Q&AF Andy spoke about old fashion customer service, like from long ago. 1stPhorm is the real deal with this! There was a handwritten note on my receipt/invoice AND a few weeks later I received a card in the mail from the customer service team welcoming me to the “1st Phorm Phamily” and encouraging me to reach my goals! That’s legit, old-school customer service. And yes, I will be a repeat customer. God Bless! ~Christi

I picked up and moved to Utah and have been volunteering my time to help another veteran in his 80s finish building a 50 foot catamaran and with specializing in aircraft wiring I am here to mainly help with that but have been doing yard work and what ever they need done. I've been listening to this old man talk and one thing is clear you don't have to be on your deathbed to have regrets about your life. Make sure you live with the fact in mind one day you will be too old and weak to do that list of things you want to do. Keep pushing forward and making a difference in your life and extending to the lives around you. Excellence in all we do.

My 8 year old plays goalie. She had 2 other kids trying to play goalie as well last season. She decided she wanted to go to the gym and take her spot. She asked me if it was bad that she thought about her competition while she was training. Now she’s been recruited to play club soccer at the highest level. I tell her all the time we will look back and thank those kids for bringing that out of her while we are holding up the World Cup.

People tell me all the time “it must be nice to have awesome kids that are just great at everything they do.” When in reality my 8 year old was a timid little girl until I started taking her to the gym with me and now she’s the baddest 8 year old on the planet. “Man must be nice.” “I wish I had time to work with my kids like that.” All while my wife and I both work full time jobs and have a little 3 year old coming up just like her sister. All by ourselves. Must be nice. It is fuckin nice. Good shit brother.

Can we have Emily interviewed on the podcast??? I'm not the only one who would love to know about what it means to support your man through his entrepreneurship. This is valuable information I've learned over the last 2 years since my husband has been in business, but am still learning and know there are many other women out there who don't know about 1. Roles 2. Goals 3. Building together or separate 3. Cheerleader or Co-Pilot.

Been listening to your content for 3 years now, along with doing 75 hard you have truly changed my life.
I just got a door to door sales internship for the summer selling pest control.
Right now I’m evolving and practicing my pitch and doing training calls with the team.
I understand that getting better takes time, repetition and reflection.
But I was wondering what advice you have on what all I should be doing to prepare for the summer. and what tips do you have in general for a first time door to door salesmen.

Andy is my mental coach 100%
I honestly don't need anyone else on the subject, Andy has many words of wisdom and I am actually proud of him for embracing this talent. He puts it to very good use by helping the ones (me included) that need to have our moral compass reset.
The only other one that I go to at times for this reset is Sir Ernest Shackleton.

STEREOTYPES? You GOTTA hear my little STORY. I've heard Andy say a couple of times or more that stereotypes are real. So once upon a time, I was seeing a 'professional' counselor weekly, primarily with the goal of getting my BPD girlfriend in to hear from a neutral, professional third party that her behaviors and beliefs were sometimes very irrational.
SO...I'm in session and somehow the Shrink and I get into a discussion about...stereotypes. My position was similar to Andy's, but slightly softer. I just held that ALL stereotypes have SOME kind of basis in reality - nothing more (or they just wouldn't make sense). He argued against me. I did not relent. We went back and forth and he started getting visibly mad. And madder. After about 4 minutes, I had him cursing like Andy on a bad day. No sh*t. Nevermind all those degrees on the wall and 8-12 years of psyche/medical training, he totally lost all emotional control with a patient over a generally pointless disagreement. I walked out feeling like I just crossed the Rubicon. I just had to share (for DJ) my fried chicken & watermelon story.
Don't be a HO, Share the Show! Make it cuss if you can! I never miss it, AF & DJ are the bomb, and the crew is GR8!. Keep it up!

I started my journey 4 years ago today. Did all kinds of cool shit but still felt like an imposter. Failed 75 hard twice. Sure I was still “in it,” but still knew I wasn’t giving everything I have. Completed 75 hard and that shit went away. On days my mind starts to try to paralyze my actions, I always go back to that. My mind says wait a minute bro you’re one of the baddest mfs alive and people want your head. Get up. Is it crazy? Probably. Do I care? Not one bit.

We have plenty of prior experience and we champion integrity and a strong work ethic as our top priorities. However, as someone who understands that these are key ingredients for success I also know that they are not the only thing it takes to be successful.
What do you believe would be the best move to grow our customer base organically as quickly as possible.

First of all I love the content you guys are the GOAT in my book.
My question is , do you ever have a problem being too humble ? I make six figures a year as a project manager. I didn't have any formal education or do I possess a degree higher than highschool diploma . I've pretty much learned in the field and worked my way up from an administrator to a coordinator to a project manager in the last 8 years, and I don't know if it's my struggle with self-doubt, but I sometimes feel like I don't deserve to be where I'm at or deserve to make the money that I do. Am I being too humble or too stupid by feeling that I don't deserve to be where I am ?
Thank you for taking the time to read and answer my question.

    submitted questions
    Andy

I’m an independent Personal Trainer working out of a facility with other independent trainers. I pay a fee each month which gives me access to the facility and allows me to train my clients whenever I choose. I’m starting my 3rd year of being on my own and I currently have 20-22 training hours per week. (Full time Trainer is considered 30 training hours / week).

This issue im having is when to raise my rate… should I keep my current rate until I reach a point where I can’t take on any more clients or should raise it each year as I try and fill my book up.

Note** The two factors that contribute to raising prices for a trainer are to keep up with inflation and continuing education each year. If you continue to stay up on the latest trends, research and taking courses each year (which I do) then ive been to told to raise my price because im able to provide a better service for my clients.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Andy you’ve been a huge inspiration been listening to your show since 2018. I actually met my boyfriend back in 2018 because he was wearing an Arete shirt and the rest was history! Lol I went to summer smash last year it was a blast, I even got a chance to talk with Sal at the athlete dinner. Biggest take away talking with him is we’re all normal humans and the reason each person was there that evening was because they’re all great people who work really fucking hard. My question is Summer smash 2024 still happening if we’re at war? 😂

Question: I have watched the video from the episode with Chadd Wright on the Creed so many times lately. My wife just filed for divorce. It has been a difficult 2 weeks. In Chadd's Creed, he says, "I will thrive on adversity." As I listened to this over and over, I added, "I will thrive on adversity (because I have proven myself capable)." I want to ask what do you think I can do to better thrive on my current "adversity" as well as future ones that will inevitably come. I am on day 15 of 75 Hard and it is what is carrying me right now.

I agree with everything ANDY said - especially the advice to the person that asked about comments made about him driving a nice car! Seriously? If you can afford it, You should always drive a nice vehicle and wear nice clothes. People judge you on the way that you look as you approach… The car, the shoes, the clothes… you should always want to look successful, or you’ll be taken as a joke. Why would you ever care about people talking down on you for being successful. F@?k them! You earned it, you deserve it, and it should make them want to step up their game. Surround yourself with successful influences, and it will eventually rub off on you.

This business would be vocational job training for special needs teens/young adults. No one offers this service here and could be a huge opportunity. She is scared. It’s hard to challenge a low opinion of yourself when you have had zero success in your life. I’m 56 years old, and I’ve never been successful or competent at anything I’ve ever done. If I had any good qualities or talents, then someone would have recognized them by now. I don’t have the courage to do the right thing and kill myself, but it shouldn’t be too much longer. I don’t eat healthy, I smoke, so even though I’m afraid of death, it’s probably not too far off.😊

Half effort also applys to fighting for our country.
If you want to wait and put faith in yet another billionaire (Trump) to save you, you will lose your independence.
Our actions must represent our true intent. Anything less is a highway of excuses leading to failure land.
    😊
    God Bless at God's speed

Episode 666 is coming up. I really hope Andy dives into the elite and satanism. He’s hinted and brushed by it in the past, but I’d like to hear what he really thinks about it on a deep level.
