But seriously, the main quest is commonly considered the worse questline in Skyrim. You're not finished when you finish the quest, that's when you start on guilds, the civil war and random quests all across Skyrim.
This is incredible and I think you understate how hard the movement is. I've messed around with running at extremely high speeds using console commands for fun and it is extremely hard not to die while doing that. Planning the route and executing all that movement while also doing a lot of these difficult to time glitches is insanely impressive.

Time travelling guy in rags uses Za Warudo to turn horses into hypersonic jets and buckets to phase through walls, kills dragons with bootstrap paradox generated weapons and shouts.
Incredible that you not only knew these glitches but also executed them perfectly. I'm sure it took you a good amount of tries but pretty neat to see it all come together! Do you know of a way without using a console command to get into Skuldafn after leaving? Glitches would be fine.
Unfortunately there are no glitches into skuldafn known yet, otherwise we'd head straight there. Only thing I could think of is if you had a save in skuldafn you'd be able to loadwarp a character to it if there's an area transition like helgen cave.
Infinite Sprint Glitch lets you just about make it thanks to sprint speed jumping, but it is fairly tight so you need to jump right off the edge and have the correct angle. Without ISG it's still possible, you just need to hold an object beneath you and jump off it in midair halfway across.
I've tried bumping people in real life once. It does indeed skip dialogue.

People probably have tried but could you skip the peace negotiation by somehow doing the war campaign for one of the sides really fast?
I don't think anyone has tried since the peace council is only 1m30s IGT so there'd need to be some miracle way to do civil war in a minute.
