I watched the "Hoyaho Festival," as you can guess from the name of the event.
The event was launched by Moe, who is active as a Hoyadoru, a local Ishinomaki "Ishinomaki Tourism Ambassador," and is active in various events and media in the prefecture.
The performers on stage were friendly, and it was an event where one could catch a glimpse of the friendships that Moe has developed.
There were stalls selling seafood, processed seafood, and local products, mainly hoya (sea squirts), as well as potatoes from Kutchan Town, snow slides, snowmen, and more,
The venue was packed with people.
The kitchen car of "President NAGANO" was also at the event, selling out 400 servings of shrimp buns in no time.
Of course, President Nagano and his subordinates were also there.
The people who gathered, the T-shirts of the staff, and the sponsors.
It was an event where one could see the results of their hard work.
That is why the opening ceremony was so special and emotional.
